Sollip is a restaurant located in Bermondsey, London, headed by Chef Woongchul Park and Pastry Chef Bomee Ki.
The husband and wife team draw upon their identities and experiences growing up in Korea, as well as their careers working in England, the United States, and France, seeking to share their love of food using meticulously sourced seasonal ingredients.
Fabulous food, great service. Really interesting flavours (I particularly liked what may have been a slight hint of sesame oil in the perilla ice cream dessert). I hope to come back to try the other dishes. Wine list could have a bit more choice at the cheaper end, but no complaints.

Wonderfully inventive and delicious food, you can definitely taste the different influences at work all crafted to a superb standard. Staff were friendly and welcoming and it was a nice touch that chef himself came to chat with each table at the end of the service. Would definitely recommend!
I thought the beef tartare and barley risotto were incredible dishes. I thought the signature casserole dish was disappointing with not enough depth of flavour Very good service but the decor is very drab

I love the food, my suggestion however would be to make the menus a taster menu, I could easily have had all dishes with my dinner partner so I think it makes sense to change it to taster rather than choosing a set number. Perhaps you could also have a wine pairing, perhaps including some Korean rice wine/spirits.

Wonderful setting - with excellent service, even down to the handmade crockery. The food was exceptional and the Head Chefs/Owners even came out to ask us about the meal. They even surprised my partner with a Birthday cake even though it had not been mentioned when booking. Will return again and again! A great find - 5 Stars -Kiwanuka

Outstanding. Innovative, creative and delicious. We ordered the whole menu and even repeated some dishes. The daikon tarte tatin is one of the most genius dishes I've ever tried!
Food was absolutely fantastic! Wine list only had very expensive wines by the bottle with the exception of one or two. There should be a bigger choice of mid value wines.
Brilliant restaurant. Excellent food with just that special Korean touch. I would go back every week. Service impeccable and still relaxed. Good wines at acceptable prices.

Vita is a welcoming and elegant host. The cuisine is true fusion of European and Korean flavours, adventurous but not presumptuous. Well-curated wine list. Mr Park was kind enough to greet us and elaborate upon his vision. Wish you all continued success in delighting diners!
Lovely flavours - original but subtle. Every dish (and we ended up going through half the menu!) was enjoyable. The room setting is also very welcoming. Happy to see all the tables had been booked, in these times and on a side street, it is a real testament to quality.
Sollip is serving some of the best food in London and is certain to win a Michelin star or two in very short order. Breathtaking.
