Excellent meal - scampi was superb. Service really good too in what must be worrying times for the staff.
Wine & dine menu was good value for money & food was very tasty
Veg quality and variety poor on Sunday lunches received. No greens and cold carrot swede selection only. Otherwise lovely place and food.
Sorry it took so long for me to reply to this, but I have to say that I had the worst meal ever the only reason I didn't say anything was that it wasn't the waitress's fault but it was the worst steak I have ever had in my life ,I didn't want to make a fuss which I sorry now that I didn't, it really spoiled what was a great weekend at the Slieve Donard
Tasty food, could have been a little warmer but very nice
A lovely relaxed Sunday lunch. Great food and service.
Beautiful meal and fantastic service
Excellent food... Staff very friendly and chatty and still remained professional.
I really enjoyed my experience there, so much that my girlfriend and i had to go back again the next night. The staff couldnt of been more friendlier and helpful and the food was amazing. Defo will be back again
Only little issue was waiting 30 minutes to be seated at breakfast, we were a party of 3 and had to wait but parties of 2 and 4 who arrived after us were seated before us. Otherwise a lovely stay and look forward to returning.
Very enjoyable. Food was very tasty and staff helpful.
Excellent food, service and great value for money
Brilliant service thanks much
We ate in the Percy french restaurant and were very excited to see Glastry farm ice cream advertised and the 4 of us had some along with our dessert. Very disappointed to be served quite clearly NOT Glastry farm ice cream. When raised with the waiting staff we were palmed off some silly answer. Also we stayed on Saturday. Storm Ciara was in full force. When asking reception if it was possible to assist with getting us to the Percy french restaurant in the lashing rain/gale force winds we were told there is nothing they had to offer. Staff were very friendly at breakfast. Overall I would expect a much better service from such a reputable hotel.
Fantastic - really good experience all round!
Food and service was fantastic! Friendly staff! Will definitely be back.
Really enjoyed the evening. Thank you!
It was very expensive for the quality of food we received. One bland curry and one tasteless burnt burger and undercooked chips. Will not be back and wont recommend. Very disappointing.
Lovely restaurant and atmosphere. Really enjoyed the food and service was great
Fantastic food accompanied by great service. We will definitely be back.
Overall my experience was very good at the Percy French. The staff were attentive and upon request gave my boyfriend and I a good table with a view. The starters were the highlight by far. I had the Brie which was perfectly cooked and my boyfriend had the fish cakes which were delicious. We both had the ‘Cock and Bull’ for main. We both asked for our steaks to be cooked medium-rare however both were overcooked and my boyfriend actually had to send his back.
Spa and staff great, room 259 did looked tired especially carpet. Nice meal in piercy french, service and atmosphere good. Wife little disappointed as steak was well done when she asked for medium.
Percy French the building was beautiful. Great atmosphere and the server was very attentive and polite. The food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend.
