Varieties of food could be more.
Atmosphere and food was really good. Love the Savoy cabbage as well as the dry aged steak. Their cocktails was also One of a kind.
We had a wonderful evening and would highly recommend the experience to anyone.
Great service and food!
Excellent food and service. Thank you.
Set menu will have to be updated regularly, otherwise diners will get tired of the same food as
Lunch set is worth. Nice view.
Excellent service and stunning view.
Awesome food awesome view awesome service.
The dining experience was good throughout, the servers and managers were attentive and everyone enjoyed their food and drinks with a great skyline of the city in the night. It was really the pre-reservations part that was could have been better. I received at least 5 calls from the restaurant prior to the dinner. I had book for a large group for about 22 pax and there were at least 3 calls requesting that I should pre-selected my menu (which is fine) and then I should pre decide the # of desserts before hand so the kitchen is sure they have enough ingredients. A lot of decision making is to be done prior and that was really unexpected for such a venue. Luckily during the dinner itself, it turned out that the selection I made prior was not most of what my guests wanted and there were more vegetarians than I had expected and it was all accepted with no issues. Makes me wonder why is there a need to decide how many desserts in advance!
We wanted to enquire about booking the private room and were told to wait for someone to come to our table to speak with us. After a long while when no one came (we had paid for the bill) we approach one of the staff and was told to go to the front to speak with the hostess. (There was no crowd and no one waiting at the entrance at that time) The gentleman (matre d I assume as he was in a suit) was ignorant of the terms. The hostess did not seem very welcoming in answering our questions and seemed annoyed when I enquired further, particularly about rulings about corkage and the birthday cake. I left my name as she said someone from reservations will contact us but as yet no one has. It was our first time at Skai and we liked the food and ambiance but the service leaves much to be desired. We are not sure now if we would want to have my husband’s 50th birthday bash there in the private room or even return to Skai
Food was very average. Was expecting more for the price and nice ambience. Hope you’ll improve.
Both my partner and I were a little ill the next day.
Food need to be more various
Great food and view saved it from being a mediocre restaurant.
Very good lunch!
Great job on turning the old Equinox Complex into a modern, posh dining experience that excites the senses. Well done! Menu selection a little limited but most of the dishes we tried were absolutely delicious.
Nice ambience and scenery at the window seats. Foie gras is great! But the Lamb Shoulder is a bit tough and chewy.
Go to spot for entertaining out-of-towners.
We did not see any hot drinks in the menu. As and when, we will be coming back to try out dinner.
Chef Paul plated us with some incredible food and that alone is enough to warrant a return visit real soon. Jason Foo and the service crew present : Impeccable service standard - thank you all for the memorable dining experience. Ambience was amazing, more like 'coming home' for a meal versus being seated in a restaurant. Thumbs up !!
1) Atmosphere is good, but I found it the music level can be lower down. 2) During busy time, the staff take time to clear our plate after our main course. Overall is better compare with previous Equinox, and the food is more presentable.
View was stunning, food was great but the wine is seriously overpriced! A 2016 Cloudy Bay cost $145, the staff was embarrassed to sell it to me!
