Enjoyed the brunch buffet with 70-storey CBD view. Nice food. Next time should order more drinks!
Nice restaurant with an amazing view and lovely staff. Our starters were nice, but not sure about the combinations of flavors. For mains, I had the "baby cauliflower", which was a bit bitter (raw on the inside and burnt on the outside). My husband had the lamb, which was good. Kids liked their food from the kids' menu, except for the "chocolate ice cream", which was tea infused (not quite their cup of tea, but I enjoyed it). The 2 cocktails we tried were downright awful, but the house wine was decent. Overall a fusion menu (heavy on the Japanese influence) with many strong and "adult" flavors.
Making the reservation was a terrible experience. Once in the restaurant service, ambience and food was wonderful.
Really enjoyed the dining experience - thought the service crew did a good job in attending to us and also for the little thought in doing a little something special for our (partner and myself) anniversary.
Timing between dishes were too long. Dishes were nice, but lack "wow" factor. Good service though.

Love the staff serving us that night they are knowledgeable and attentive. However, I am disappointed with the Signature Rye noodle it is salty and too thick. They should use a thinner and crispier version with less salt and it would have been a perfect dish. the dish
A choice to have normal ice water at a reasonable charge would be a good alternative to service bottled water. Serving crew was friendly and professional. A nice gesture of a birthday ice cream was very much appreciated
The food is not good. But i do want to commend on the impeccable services that was rendered.

Was returning customer after a wonderful dinner experience few weeks ago with table by the window after being told there is a $150 spending for this special table which we accepted. 2nd time booking and requested the same and was told it was full but put us under waitlist. Upon arrival, we were told we can move to the table by the window but with minimum spending of $150 per pax instead of per table. There are 4 of us. But after taken our order, surely the staff know the total cost for dinner is more than $450 put aside the table charge rule. Staff was telling me there was a change of policy to the table charge to per pax instead of per person after being confronted. But was offered to move to the table by the window when it's available and which it was by that time but wasn't being moved to the table. The whole experience was just very unprofessional.
The restroom is way too far and it is not ideal especially for older folks as they need to climb multiple steps up and down to reach their destination. Moreover, the stairchairs is also quite narrow which makes it difficult to assist them when there are people climbing from opposite side.
Was informed that Signature dishes would not be eligible for Amex Platinum discount when I made the reservation. Upon reaching, was informed all prime cut beef would also not be eligible. Please do not even offer Amex Platinum dinning privilege so as not to let consumers have any expectations.

I made a spontaneous reservation for 2 on Friday shortly before noon. We were seated at a window table despite the fact that the Concierge downstairs could not guarantee us a window table. I very much appreciated it and so did my guest. The business lunch was excellent at a very good price. Last but not least: the maitre de service and our waitress were very attentive and the service was excellent. Thank you for a memorable experience.
Steak could have been more well seasoned. Bread was delicious

Excellent restaurant and atmosphere. Slightly overprized. Probably the magnificent view is the cause.

I had booked this restaurant specially for my superior's farewell lunch and it was all our first time there. Other than the view of the restaurant was good, the food was not bad, but the service including the settlement of payment was really poor. I would not recommend anyone to go to this restaurant unless they increase their service standards.
We only had a dessert. The Triple chocolate was good. The prices are a bit extravagant.
Food tasted great and was very well presented and the view is spectacular. It's a shame there were these off-putting things: - Really strong smell of new paint from the first moment we stepped in, throughout the night - Was given a tall and shaky table (all the tall ones were shaky) and was told the low table near the window was reserved at 7pm. Till 7:30pm they were still empty. I made reservation of course and ended up spending $341 for two, not bad right? - Your wait staff had a bad breath on that day. Maybe it's just the first or a one-off mistake but definitely something you can do better in the future. - Your wait staff were not rude or anything but were far from what I expected in a fine-dining place like this. Perhaps, smile a little more, gives out a little warmer and kinder kinda vibe? If you are not sure what I'm talking about, try dine at Salt Grill and Sky Bar in ION orchard for once
Tried 3 starters - Medicore standard but Foie gras was good. Tuna is normal. Burrata could have been better compare to even small restuarant i tried Tried 3 mains - Rissoto with Uni is averaged. Black Cod is GOOD. worst is the dry aged Austrain beef in the premier menu that i requested to be prepared as Meduim Rare. Firstly, it came more to Meduim only. And for a premuim dry age beef, it tasted so normal like a normal steak you can get at Swensons. The black truffle sauce i requested has zero truffle flavour but more of a diluted soy sauce. Defintely disappointed and not worth . Dessert we tried the Dark choc which is ok. The White choc was more of too sweet and just plain sour in the inside. SKAI is not a real fine dine place with fantastic top of the world food standard. I believe you are just paying the price of a nice dining view with average food.
