About SKAI Restaurant
Bringing to the fore an exquisite grill offering at the lofty, dining destination, SKAI is a contemporary, fine grill restaurant on the 70th floor of the iconic Swissôtel, The Stamford that is set to become the go-to sky-dining establishment in Singapore.
Nice ambience and food, will visit again in the near future.
Thank you for the amazing service from the team! We had an awesome experience and will visit again soon!!
Great service, entire team did well.
It was my first experience there for my partner’s birthday - at first I was quite panicky as we were a little late for the reservation, however I called and the staff was really friendly and said that it would be fine. The food was not too bad, but on the pricey side - however the view was indeed amazing. Would be good for those that just like to come for an experience of dining with a view!
Requested for window seat and there was none. No complimentary cake for birthday boy. Had to order our own dessert. This is really sad for such a high standard restaurant.
Music doesn’t suit the overall ambience. find the dj irrelevant.
The mizayaki wagyu is 100% worth the price, it melts right in your mouth with satisfaction
My Lamb is well plated, Rump cooked to perfection, faultless. Her plate of beef with salad & Asian spice is overly simplified. Foie Gras is OK, Scallop is nether here nor there. Roasted mushrooms doesn't have the roasted effect - too wet.
We waited for a long time to be served, and the food comes really slow even though there are few customers. It's very difficult to get the staff attention. We ordered 4 coffee and only 2 were served. I asked where is the other 2 coffee, but was given the bill.
The food came SUPER slow, have to keep asking them to speed up. We have to work and we don’t have the luxury to lunch for 3hts !!!
We were regulars to Equinox. Food standard is good. But portion size has been reduced quite a fair bit. Rather disappointed.
I feel that the set meal is not value for money and they can be more exquisite given the reputation of the venue.
Fancy food with a great view
I hate it that there is no tel number for me to call the restaurant directly. I called the only number available on internet after dinner cos I left my Phone at the toilet. But it directed me to reservation and said that the office is closed and provided no alternative. This is bad
Good and friendly service by Jas, helping us with the ordering.
Service was excellent throughout the night.
I like the new revamp especially the bar area with the great view. The whole restaurant decor looks more conducive and warm then the former. No restaurant in Spore can have that vantage point and to price your foods at still a reasonable price for most people to afford dining there and enjoy the experiences is commendable. Thank you. Keep it up.
Great service couldn’t ask for more. My wife had nut alley and they was so good with this and careful witch was nice , views are amazing!!!
We really enjoy the whole experience dinning at SKAI.
The place is great for all occasions. The services from them make all first timers feel warmth n will comeback definitely. 👍
Great view of the fireworks and the A5 wagyu was cooked to perfection. Thank you Jaslyn who patiently attended to my partner and I. We will be back in no time!
Service was very slow. View was blocked from condensation for the first hr or so so we kissed the planned fireworks. Mains were over cooked but desserts were great.
Beef was good. Stanbroke Porterhouse is a sharing for two. We had to wait 45minutes to be served. It comes with 900g of beef, we chose medium and the midpart of the beef tasted just right. However, the sides can be a lil overcooked causing it to be too hard. We also had two sides, hand cut fries (potato) and mushrooms. The sauce truffle mushroom was the best. However, service at SKAI was soso for the price. They were attentive at first and definitely friendly. However, we ordered for extra sauce but it didn't arrived at all. Then, we brought our own birthday cake but was told that we would be charged extra if we were to eat there. When we asked the waiter to serve our cake, it took more than 20minutes and we had to remind them twice. I think he didn't understood that we brought our own cake and brought a menu and asked if we wanted deserts. Generally it would had been a wonderful experience if the service was faster and not to forget our request. Overall, it was a longggggg dinner. It became tiring at the end. I would have expected better service with the amount I've paid, I would not choose to return again despite the gorgeous skyline of Singapore.
The place and the view is amazing, the drinks menu is limited and food is good but nothing spectacular.
