waited a little to be served when arrived so decided to order food straight away as there was quiet a few People at the bar waiting to be served.
Fast service and the food was delicious. Bar staff friendly and good fun!
Omg the worst service, only 2 people on the bar even though they must have known a Major even was on! The poor staff! Food was “ok” but won’t bother again! Lived here 20 years wont be back
My friend and I both had flat breads ,we each had a different topping neither of us could get our knives or pizza wheel through the flatbread ...
We booked a table for 3pm received a confirmation and then a further mail saying they looked forward to welcoming us. We turned up and the restaurant in semi darkness and we stood here for 15 minutes and no one turned up. There was one other customer in there who told us it had been like that all day as she helped herself to some tap water. We left and bought lunch somewhere else. Thank you Sefton and Sir Norman’s for a ruined Sunday (wedding anniversary) lunch!
Will definitely be back soon
Very good service and lovely staff Food very good
Excellent food, wonderful staff who were very helpful and very accommodating. Have already recommended to many and will be returning for another burger!
We enjoyed our meal, we don’t go out much as we have a young child so it was a treat ! The new decor was great.. we will definitely be back in the summer
Excellent evening
Great staff but not very comfortable seating n wobbly table. No atmosphere in the place and not a great menu. Food was nice but that’s all. Don’t plan to return anytime in the near future. Disappointed was expecting much better.
Food was lovely but table booked at 6 and food was not served until 7.10pm. We were attending a 7:30pm show. Apart from this it was great.
There was a very rowdy crowd of business types drinking when we were there, shouting across the room - even causing the whole room to fall silent at one point when they shouted to a chap that was leaving. As most of the diners were elderly having a pre-theatre meal, I would have expected the staff to have asked the rowdy party to quieten down. Our meal was ruined by the loutish behaviour of the minority. We had booked to dine here again in November before another show but have now cancelled the reservation and shall dine elsewhere.
