Great buffet spread with the freshest ingredients! Love the atmosphere!
Honest speaking the choices and varieties of food is very limited and I would say is too little. Food are not tasty at all and only drink offered are coffee or tea. Definitely don’t suit children at all. Really hope they can improve it one day.
Very friendly staff Chicken tandoori excellent ..I recommend must try
The lunch buffet "Street Eats" was lousy. Spread was limited. Laksa Sarawak soup was too diluted and tasteless. Oyster omelette and roti john looked pathetic. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast though.
Great way to sample a wide range of local food in a relaxed atmosphere. Service was excellent!
Terrible food, hardly a 4-5 stars hotel serves food that tastes so bad. First, the quality of the material is bad, and the way they cook is bad too. You should eat it only if it is free of charge, otherwise, any fast food would be better.
Fresh seafood, good quality but not much options for Friday dinner buffet
The dessert and cheese and salad bar is good. We would prefer your lunch session’s pasta over tomyum. Tomyum is not very well made.
Not enough man power on the floor
Well, the main food variety is mostly local like curry & chilies style cooking. There is also noodle station but the soup is not hot enough. There are also sushi bar +some seafood like prawn, mussel, scallop ....Their have alot dessert and ice cream to choose. There are also have salad bar with cheese, salami, chicken ham, bread, soup.... The food is nice but they only serve water and cafe machine (coffee & tea). Hopefully can add more cold drinks or fruit drinks. ;)
Not much food varieties and the deserts are not that tasty as before.
Only dessert is ok, the rest either too salty or too local food! Nothing special, not worth for money
The food selection during Ramadhan Buffet was awesome. Variety of main dishes , desserts and drinks. The environment was so cosy with a very good and fast service from their staffs. Fully recommended... truly SEDAP!
Great kampung menus. There are varieties to choose from!!
So far so good
Insufficient refill of "popular" foods
Overall is ok. Can improve on the food varieties. Service wise is excellent. Thumbs up!
Friendly service and good ambience.
Not much choices of food and drinks compared to other properties and hotels in KL. Besides that, staff are friendly but there's not much staff working in the restaurant, we have to walk around the restaurant to find someone to assist us during our dinner. Therefore, it doesn't meet our expectation as a five stars hotel buffet dinner.
The food selections is so little, and being told by the manager that this is semi buffet, due to low volume of customers so the chef decided to lower down the selection of food. I have been asked 1 week early for what are the cake that I would like to select, and selected one of the coconut orange mango cake, but when I collect the cake, the manager told me there is no selection actually and I’ve to compromised with the chocolate glaze raspberry cake.
For a 5 star hotel, the food selection & quality are below par. It's supposed to be a seafood buffet, but they only have some frozen (unfresh) crayfish, prawns and mussels that taste blend. Totally worst buffet experience even anywhere in the world.
Great service. Staff were courteous and always with smiles. Loved the grill section especially the chicken and beef satay. The sushi and sashimi were not bad too. Will return.
