I’m really disappointed with your restaurant. I have booked four days in advance and mentioned that I have 2kids and a dog. They told me that the restaurant is dog friendly and we can have table outside. I have received confirmation by email and telephone call on that morning. Reminded them that I have kids and dog. However, they told us that they have not received any reservations from us and there are no table for us. They make me feel that we are not welcome at all.
The food is not typical, they have interesting ways of preparing it. Out of the 6 dishes we ordered, we only liked 2 and had to send one of them back. A friend who was pregnant got diarrhoea after eating the salmon main course dish, but it could be because she has a weaker immune system. The environment is comfortable and great for groups, families with children which is the only reason we chose this restaurant.
It would be nice if the brunch service hours on weekends could be extended to 3:00 p.m.
We had a crowd of 30+ people on Friday. Although it was raining, the manager had been helpful in sorting out the table issue promptly. The atmosphere was awesome and the service was brilliant. We will certainly go again for mass events in future.
We went to Madam S'ate as a corporate event, in total about 100 people. The service staff there went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. Food and beverages were great as per usual. 10/10 would go again.
Asked for a medium well done burger and it was raw. Had to have it recooked. My girlfriend's chicken was only slightly warm. Ended up eating at different times. No offer of compensation. Staff though were very good
Good service with good food. Excellent service
I love this Resteraunt. One of my wife and I favorite places.
Great service for my leaving do. Everyone enjoyed themselves and were very well looked after food and booze wise... Thank you to all the staff for making the evening go with a bang! I shall miss you when I leave Hong Kong next month!!
We had a lunch appointment with a client who flew in just for a day and he made it a point to tell us he wanted anything but salad. So when he saw the Wagyu burger on the menu, he was set and completely happy. Food was amazing and your team of servers were duly attentive without being intrusive and they absolutely danced around our business meeting with great efficiency and complete professionalism.
The white wine mussels we had is not good, sirloin beef came overcook, however, after we talk to our waiter, the new one is fantastic! I also love the sea bass and the Rhubart and Berry Tart. Great service!
want to have some lamb dishes and more choice of dessert
Table is too pack and not good for baby gathering as no baby seats provided. Food is good.
Nice place, great food, marvelous service. Was here for a lunch with company and my wife went with her girlfriends for dinner. The reason I ended up trying this place. Will be here again.
Thanks for rapid feedback, thorough follow-up for arranging this evening, and good service and food throughout the evening. We enjoyed it.
The set lunch is pricy; compare to Toro Steakhouse which is doing the buffet $138 plus addition of $40 for an burger which is not a small one. Their lunch is more competitive.
I like food and its presentation. They are also very kind.
It wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst place I've been. I had the prime rib for 3 which was more than enough meat for all of us. i would go back.

A nice meal for a Friday night. Maybe a drink special with the dinner set would make the value for money a bit better
Love the prime rib and bread a lot. Must try
I will definitely recommed my friends to dine here. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. However, I feel the cocktails are way too expensive compare with same level of restaurants. HKD:130 per glass is 5 star level and for more complex cocktails. The ones we ordered were really simple and I do not think its worth the money.
Love the pork and the elderflower drink especially, not common to see around town. Over all 3-4 stars (always room for improvement) The only downside was waiter got clumsy, spilled drinks and broke the glass....
