Delicious food and fantastic service.
Enjoyable Sunday afternoon. Recommend
Service staff were really attentive and responsive. They were helpful with the menu and have recommendations when asked. All the food was delicious. Nothing about Santorini disappointed.
Good food, fair value, bit noisy.
We had a function here and from the time of booking to liaising with staff prior, the staff have been accomodating friendly and definitely would recommend.
Had a beautiful dinner here on Friday night. The food was delicious and great service too! A lovely guy called James served us for the night and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. Thank you!
We had a great meal, the staff were friendly and attentive. They came back to check on us often, which you don't get elsewhere! We always enjoy eating there, we noticed the menu change but it hasn't affected the food or the service. It's provides some more new choices to try.
Restaurant must have different owners than when I was last here, food and service is not the same A greek restaurant with no olives....are you serious?? and the waitress explains that olives are hard to find at the moment?? seriously?? I can go to the supermarket and choose from 20 different olives. menu looks the same but food not and not authentic. quality has suffered, cost cutting and it shows, outside area run down - how hard is a coat of paint? disappointing
Always love coming back, food and service is hard to beat
We all really enjoyed the meals we had but they were in some cases our second choice as some dishes were not available eg the spanakopita and then there was only one slice of the chocolate tart available. The restaurant wasn't all that busy so assume the tart was leftover from previous day. Service was a bit slow and they needed a few reminders. We will definitely try again though and see how it goes
We had friends visiting from New Zealand and took them over to Williamstown on the ferry to have lunch at Santorini. We couldn’t have been happier with the food, wine, price and the lovely service provided by Lauren. What a great day we had. Thank you, we will definitely be back.
This place is great...definitely get your moneys worth and the outdoor dining area makes it that much better not to mention the food presentation and taste was great too:)
The food was nice but some items were a little cold... Else all great and will definitely be back again...
Love this place, we have been a couple of times and we will be back again for sure. Try the santorini sunrise cocktail it’s the best.
The food was delicious, however at times I felt like we were needing to look for a waitress to serve us.
We rang to make a booking and were told by a female they were full. I then went online and successfully made a booking. Totally unacceptable noise levels from screaming children and a very large group of 20 plus. Both should have been seated in a different area and not amongst couples. I observed a table of late middle aged and elderly people turned away from the air conditioned inside half full rooms and told to sit outside on a 36 degree melbourne evening. We were served a warm bottle of white wine that we were not given the opportunity to taste before it was poured. It was plonked on top of a narrow ice bucket and there was no way it was going to be cooled down this way. I had to scoop the ice out and spread it around the bottle. This has been our chosen go to Greek restaurant in Williamstown for many years and the food is great but this was a terrible experience.
Very inexperienced staff. The female waitress appeared clueless regarding the specials. Had to pull her little notebook out and then couldn’t pronounce half the words. Kept coming to the table every 2 seconds to get our order despite us advising her to give us 5mins. Then she kept coming back to the table wanting to take away plates despite us still eating! Wouldn’t leave us alone. Food was delicious.
Waited two hrs for our main to come out ....lucky we got more bread with our dip entrey. Wouldn't go there again . Didn't offer us anything for the extra long wait. Realistically should have walked out
We have been regular customers for years, but unfortunately the last couple of times we have been for dinner we have seen a decline in the service, atmosphere and food quality. An example of poor service was when we were there for dinner on Valentines night after the entrees we requested new cutlery only to be told that there was no new cutlery and that we had to keep what we had. There was plenty of new cutlery at a few tables near us and I'm quite sure that at 9:30 at night the place would not get that full that there would not be enough to go around. Also when you are paying $80 per head I think it 's not much to ask to get new cutlery with each course. Unfortunately it's not as good as it used to be (not sure why) but we won't be hurrying back. :o(
Exlent food delicious and very tasty and plenty will go back again for sure
Could not fault both the service & food. The banquet was fantastic. Everyone went home very full & satisfied.
Upon entering the restaurant we were informed no chicken which we accepted. So we asked if we can get extra lamb instead if the chicken and they wanted to charge extra. So we ordered the individual open giro plates never been to a greek restaurant where you got 1/2 pita bread with minimal meat on each plate. Looked like a child serving. They charge you extra for salad and extra for chips. Ordered a bowl of greek salad and it was tiny $12 for a small bowl and was only 1 serving. Not even enough for two people. The calamari was like rubber. Very dissapointing won't be going there again. Been there in the past and have hired the top floor and used to be brilliant.
Food and atmosphere was great and excellent value for $.
