About Sake No Hana Bali
Sake no Hana brings modern contemporary Japanese dining to the cliffs of Uluwatu.
World-renowned hospitality company Hakkasan Group have brought upscale Japanese restaurant, Sake no Hana, from the swanky streets of Mayfair to the edge of iconic Uluwatu for its Asian debut. Perched majestically overlooking OMNIA and the Indian Ocean beyond Sake no Hana Bali has a philosophy that is shaped by nature & seasonality, offering an elevated Japanese dining experience and uninterrupted views.
Sake no Hana’s culinary philosophy centres on the Japanese term “shun” — which refers to the moment when an ingredient is at the peak of its perfection. Local produce is picked and plucked at just the right moment from around Indonesia and prepared with textbook precision. The result is an artful presentation and a taste that delivers.
Set against the stunning landscape of Uluwatu, Sake no Hana stands out for the sheer architectural grandeur it demonstrates. The open-air space is framed by the impressive wooden lattice work from highly innovative Singaporean firm WOHA. Sake no Hana was designed by New York powerhouse Rockwell Group to preside over OMNIA Dayclub whilst merging seamlessly with the glittering daylife excitement below.
The Mezzanine level restaurant provides diners with panoramic ocean views through the wood crafted open air cage whist the Grand Staircase below offers an alternative more relaxed yet sophisticated environment under the minimalist contemporary light installation which emanates a vibrant golden glow throughout the restaurant as day time turns into night.
