Everything was absolutely perfect!
Best sea food for many years. Servce outstanding. Price exceptional and the food - well you wont find anything better than this - brilliant place to eat. Perfect.
Great price for selection. As long as you like Vietnamese food, you won't be disappointed.
My husband and I had an amazing lunch. The service was outstanding, the selection of food was incredible and the atmosphere was perfect.
It was an amazing experience and the food was fabulous, thank you.
Nice place to enjoy nice food!
Staff were courteous, from the hotel lobby to the restaurant. Service was quick and the food's delicious with the right amount of serving. Laid back atmosphere, quiet and perfect to converse with your mates. Great lighting too, so our pictures looked great. Ideal location, since it is in a hotel and the address can be easily found.
I had tried the buffet East Meet West. First impression was the staff were extremely helpful. Food selection was less than my expectation in a 5* buffet menu. But the quality is perfect. Design of the restaurant don't make us feel welcoming and enjoyable, dark and so chinese. Overall feeling is so so
This is a beautiful place and overall, we did enjoy our meals on our recent visit. However, we couldn't give full 5 stars on many categories. First, we thought the food was not top notch compared to other comparable places in HCMC. We also felt that the service was not up to par for a 5-star hotel restaurant. For example, we had to ask for our dishes to be removed when we were done; we also had to ask for our wine glasses (every single time) to be refilled. All servers/waitstaff were very nice and friendly but they should train to look out for these things. After all, the place was not busy and there were quite a few servers on duty the evening we visited the place. We certainly appreciated the promotion, otherwise, it would not be a good value for the money. Overall: 4 stars. That means, I may return but I don't think any of my friends would.
Fantastic seafood selection! Everything was fresh and of very high quality. BYOB on Friday is a great idea.
Great looking restaurant. Range of good great too. Taste though varied. Sashimi tasted a little bland. Cooked fish was so so. Vegetables were good. Desert was good too
More vegetables will be better
Staff are not well-trained and well attended. Need to be trained more. Can't be compared to Metropole Hanoi.
1. 同行友人所點的清蒸龍蝦沒煮熟, 中心是生的 2. 清蒸螃蟹肉質鬆散
not fresh seafoods
A very precious place that I would like to share the value only with my friends who appreciate it.
This is the best buffet we have ever been to and we travel a lot. We would go back tomorrow.
I don't know when I made the booking, that the buffet is not available during chinese new year, and i have waited too long for the food. The food is also not hot enough, looks like they were coming out from microwave cooker...
The food is correct but there's not many choice for a 5 stars buffet. Absolutely not happy about the service, i ordered only 1 lobster but i had to remind the waiter 3 times, the lobster arrived only when i already finished my dessert. No asking about guest's satisfaction upon giving the note. I will not recommend this restaurant !
I was very disappointed. At first, i didn't get any call to confirm my reservation. It make me so confused if i did had a reservation properly or not. The second: Most of the foods are not at 5 star grade. I don't even think that an Accor-branded hotel can make foods at very low skill. (eg: the beef steak is to dry and over cooked, the crabs & shrimps were cooked and displayed on ice, if the customer order these, they will reboil so the seafood will downgrade itself) In my opinion, every customer doesn't want to eat a food that cooked before - even doesn't know how long have it been cooked? (hours, days,...) Cooks are not at good skill: my Salmon dish was served at very bad display and slicing. Waitresses are too that they don't know where can i have salt, it was on my table all the time and i didn't notice, and they have to ask around to get me know that salt is on my table already. The 3rd: the dishes are less than many same-price restaurants. Conclusion: at this price point, i don't think it worth for the money because i can have many choices around the city with variety of foods and better taste. I really like Mgallery, The Social Club, but this Saigon Kitchen is not acceptable.
It was a very satisfying meal. I will be back on my birthday.
Everything very good!
Excellent buffet service today, the salmon pho and the sushimi and sushi selctions were very tasty. We were also very well looked after by Tony and Hang and her team, as normal.
Good service and fresh food. Will come back.
Food was excellent. I felt really comfortable with atmostphere. Service is good. However, please actively refill water!
