This is the second time I have had a bad experience, in terms of service at this particular Saba Restaurant. I had brought friends, who were visiting from Canada out for food and wanted the evening to be nice, relaxed with good food. However, similar to my first experience, the whole experience was so rushed. The waiter was so quick to clear plates, even when my friend was still nimbling on her starter! My friend, had to say it to the waiter and it was only then he backed off a bit and gave us some breathing space. The first time round, our coats were brought to the table before we had even paid the bill! For a restaurant that service amazing food the service really let’s them down!
Lovely meal, great atmosphere and friendly service. Bill slightly higher than expected.
Great food, friendly staff & lovely atmosphere
Great atmosphere, good food, but it was a little over-priced for what you got, in my opinion.
We attended Saba for a group (13) lunch on Sat 21st of November. Overall the experience was wonderful. Seated swiftly on arrival, great service, excellent food. Atmosphere lively & bubbly. Lovely restaurant to dine. Would highly recommend. I liaised with Eva from original booking to after dining. She was very professional, polite, accommodating & a pleasure to deal with at all times. Thank you very much, we will return Martina
Great staff, attentive and friendly without being fussy. Food absolutely delicious and fresh. Looking forward to going back again soon.
I couldn't be any happier with Saba. I was running late due to traffic and a fifth guest was joining us later than planned, however the proprietor was very understanding and made us feel welcome. While we had inconvenienced the staff they were very pleasant. The food was delicious and well presented.I will be back !
Delicious and service was excellent
Whilst staff were very friendly, service was a little slow in regard to requests for both water and wine.
Will definitely be back.
Slightly to dark when eating. Highly recommend the place BUT a small bit more lighting over certain tables
As always, the food & service were excellent. Natural choice for me when organizing a client lunchtime meeting.
Always a great meal.
Wings were mostly cold and lukewarm on arrival. Otherwise very good food and service
Fantastic evening, Great food and wonderful service
Faultless, unrushed, plentiful, with a real buzz to the place.
Wonderful as always, totally delicious fresh food. Really obliging waiting staff, great atmosphere, a very good night out.
We were recommended to Saba by some locals. We wanted good healthy food and were not disappointed! Very yummy 😋
Most enjoyable meal.
Never disappoints, that's why we keep going back! As a coeliac they always look after me really well!
Excellent in every respect. Always an enjoyable experience.
I love this restaurant and attend alot and recommend friends and work colleagues. However, one suggestion,, tables are very close together , would be good to give a little more space. Best Catherine
Food was delicious, as were the cocktails. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.
I would like to thank the team at Saba Clarendon street for making my husbands birthday a brilliant night out! Firstly I was not very organised and they accommodated a very last minute booking. They acknowledged the occasion while we were there. The service as always was excellent.. always a very warm welcome! Will be back soon 😊
