Royale, a 136-seater all-day-dining restaurant wows with its striking baroque style finishes and furnishings. The comfortable and cushy seats are upholstered in off-white leather accented by gold studs.
The eatery has intimate booth seats for two to four diners
and semi-circular banquet seats that can easily
accommodate groups of six. At Royale, the all-day dining menu features both western and local favourites created by Executive Chef Nicholas Sia. There is something to satisfy every craving.
Excellent staff service; unfortunately, the bbq seafood, supposedly the main highlight of the dinner was a great disappointment with its limited selection and quality. Nothing spectacular. The Asian buffet spread was pretty good though.
All good! Hot food and cold food. Food is to my taste and fresh. Staff are courteous and Friendly. Table settling is good, clean and table to table spacing is good. Only on soup choice and limited BBQ selection. I love the cheese cakes, fruits and desert. Yam paste a little blend. Thank you. I would come again. Hope you can take in my feedback.
Food was great. But picture on the advertisement and the buffet do not total agreed. As we look forward to the bbq squids . And the booking though accor table+ was not being recorded over the reception As i put a remark saying was my wife birthday. But the food was great and services was good.

Quiet and pleasant atmosphere the day I had lunch there. Food quality above average for the price. Cheese cake was unexpectedly, very good. A very good deal especially for seniors with current 1 for 1 promotion.
Nice food. Everything tasted delicious, not overly oily and saltish. The pastries were especially yum. You can feel the heart n dedication put into them. Would be nice if you could include some soft drinks instead of just ice water n hot beverages.

The gindara fish was very nice!
1. Buffet spread was little for the high price paid. 2. Egg yolks Prawns were soggy, not the crunch cooked taste (maybe due to not fresh or thaw not enough before cooking). 3. Sambal ladies fingers were a little uncooked, hard to the bite. 4. Char Kway Teow was not hot, became hard. 5. Grilled BBQ items were not appealing. 6. Bandung drink was extremely sweet. 7. Kueh Dar Dar, Ang Koo Kueh - skin was very hard. Food could have been better as the ambience is pretty, quiet and nice to dine in.
A good variety of food and certainly value for money during this National day promotion. I will come back with friends. Service staff attendtive & friendly.
Waitress took my used spoon while clearing my soup bowl, and put it next to my daughter's plate. BBQ station took forever to BBQ chicken wings and chicken satay -- I never did get to try them. BBQ squid was tasteless. Chicken for baowich was tough and dry.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes that were well prepared and delicious.
I started off with Thai vermicelli salad, it was dry and rubbery. Definitely not soaked thoroughly. The chicken with tomatoes lacked depth as all I tasted was like refrigerated chicken. Although the Bandung was iced, when it was dispensed, it was lukewarm. The cold cuts prawns were the only saving grace. The Sambal barramundi skin was rubbery and the flesh had muddy taste. The rojak peanuts were too course and the youtiao chewy. The prawnpaste winglets were hard and tad too salty. Salted egg yolk prawns, you could almost taste that the prawns were overly cooked. The curry fish were the same, some were good and some were fishy. You really need taste test before serving such dishes as it really reflects bad on the hotel. Given the location of the hotel, there are better quality food in the vicinity and one would be less likely to be disappointed. The staff service is good and so is the ambience, but the food can be so much better.
We found aluminium in the chocolate cake.. Luckily is not my daughter who eat it. The stingray is very dry.. We only managed to get 2durian creme brulee..thought that suppose the highlight of the night also? Ask the manager but NV get back to us.. So overall the experience is quite disappointed
The food is low grade. Nothing special. The taste is not nice. The dessrt look pathetic. Service very poor....plates not clear. Top up of food is slow
Food we order is good, only the spring chicken a bit tough.
We had mother’s day dinner, it’s was a surf and turf event and food was great. Plenty of prawns and fish selection. Appetiser, main and desserts are delicious. Just right for its price. Service is prompt, nice polite staffs. Ambience is also great. Even better if staff can be more attentive as we ran out of servettes and got to find our own.
We liked the restaurant setting with booth sitting which allows you to have some private space while dinning. The service was excellent and the food is good although there could have more food selection.

The hotel system needs to be upgraded. The service is good, especially from Ms Cindy Wang. She’s responsive & courteous. As for the food, the lamb Shank is delicious but the Nasi Goreng rice is hard & dry.

Overall was good except the nyonya kuehs were a bit disappointing. The staff were friendly and accommodating . I Will be back
Food selection isn't great with a distinct lack of quality seafood dishes though most of the other dishes were very well prepared and taste good. The ambience and service however, were top-notch. Not a place I would recommend at its usual price, but if you are able to get discounted rates, then it is worth considering.
