Was one of the most amazing meals we had in Singapore. Fine dining that's eloquent, but not arrogant. Intricate yet intimate. Masterful without being boastful of techniques and flavours. Pure joy.
We had a lovely evening. The service was great and they adjusted to some dietary restrictions without complaints. The wine pairing was excellent and we can only recommend.
Rhubarb has been one of our favourite restaurant in Singapore for the past 3 years and once again we were not disappointed. The 2 new dishes we tried (foie gras and scallops) were just gorgeous. This place is a good value for money in this category of restaurants and if i had a tip to give just give a budget to Jerome and let him choose the wine.

We were not impressed with the manager who attended to us. He was not friendly & did not offer us any bread to start off. He claimed that the bread will only be served with the appetizers. We did not order any appetizers to begin with! Since we were all starving, we ended up ordering appetizers that obviously added on to the cost of our meals. Not a pleasant experience considering the restaurant is rated one star???
It’s a great restaurant. Food is nice and the service is very good. Recommend to try if you travel to Singapore.
Service was excellent. Enjoyed watching the kitchen dynamics (all good) through the open format kitchen. Really liked almost all of the dishes on Le Menu, only the rockfish was a little bit of a letdown after the AWESOME foam with black truffle.

Loved the intimacy of the restaurant, the open plan kitchen to see chefs at work and the personal involvement the head chef has with every table. Also the duck was the best I think I’ve ever had and the petit fours canelles were excellent. Nice service, great place, will definitely be back!

My current favourite restaurant in Singapore! Beautiful bread, fantastic food where every option is a winner, great professional service and good value for money! Plus lots of easily accessible parking! I did miss the petit fours though on my last visit....

It was my first time dining at Rhubarb and it was a very satisfying and memorable experience. The food was superbly done and delicious. I ordered the Le Menu and enjoyed every course and if not for my full stomach, would have eaten more. Service was warm and personal and it certainly lightens up the evening when the chef himself explained the main course to us. Wine recommendation was perfect as well. Thank you for making my dining experience such a wonderful one. Keep up the good work!
