Afternoon Tea is served Friday to Sunday weekly from 12pm with our last booking at 2pm. Please be advised that we have a 1 hour and 30 minutes allocation to each table.
The Tasting Menu experience is served Wednesday to Saturday weekly at 7pm or 7:30pm.Our reservations are released quarterly.

We serve one menu only and cannot cater for food dislikes. We can alter our menu for vegetarians, pescatarians and some strict allergies or intolerances. The team must have at least 48 hours notice to honour this. Please note, we can not cater to the following allergens; dairy, allium, mushroom, sulphites or vegans at this time. Please view our FAQ's before making a reservation to ensure we can cater for you.
The restaurant is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Therefore any enquiries made to us will not be responded to until Wednesday.
Please be aware all bills are inclusive of a 10% service charge which is shared equally amongst all team members.
In the event that a booking is not honoured in whole or in part, which includes reducing numbers, or is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, a fee of £25 per person for afternoon tea or £75 per person for an evening reservation will be applicable to the card provided.

Restaurant Pine is the debut Restaurant of Northumberland born Cal Byerley and partner Sian Buchan. The restaurant offers an intimate setting where you can admire the sloping Northumberland landscape alongside Hadrians Wall or watch your evening meals be prepared by our team of dedicated chefs in our bespoke open kitchen.
During the day, Pine offers a classic three tiered afternoon tea with a refined, modern approach. In the evening, enjoy our generous tasting menu using ingredients foraged from the Northumberland countryside or grown within our onsite kitchen garden. We’ve aimed to reflect our surroundings and keep a warm, inviting, country feeling throughout.
