Our Executive Chef, Rajesh Gurung, invites you on an international culinary adventure. Chef Rajesh and his team have not only created an extensive menu, but also provide a specials menu every day to showcase the cultural diversity representative of his team. So whether you visit us for one night or you are part of our family, the menu will always provide a bit of adventure.
Our Culinary Adventure guides under the direction of our Restaurant Manager / Tour Leader, Debbie Sheilds, will ensure that your dining experience is a memorable one. You might arrive as a guest, but you will leave as a friend.
Room service is in the form of a Take-Away menu with packaging and cutlery to suit. So if you feel you just need a bit of quiet from a busy day just call down to the restaurant and we will look after you. Alternatively come down and join us at the bar and enjoy a glass from specially selected wine list or Australian beers while the kitchen prepares your feast.
As Lactose intolerant, and allergic to fish, there was only 1 thing on the menu that I could eat, which was disappointing. This is something that you need to be aware of when planning your menu. The staff did arrange for me to have a hamburger.

The food was expensive very nice though but the service did not reflect the price. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing.
