Breakfast at Sofitel Singapore City Centre offers a selection of global cuisines that appeal to the broad tastes of our well-travelled guests. The breakfast menu will blend Asian and western specialities and incorporate low calorie gastronomy options for lifestyle conscious guests in line with Sofitel De-Light guidelines.
Breakfast at Sofitel will be recognized as the ‘place to be’ for morning breakfast meetings. The best local Singapore classics will be served, including kaya toast, dim sum and bak kut teh.
RACINES - LUNCH & DINNER
Racines, located on the fifth floor, is a place offering a Chic Bistronomie. It features an interactive, casual chic dining experience where guests will experience a distinctive culinary journey with animation as a key element.
Racines will have a completely different look and feel from breakfast at night, when soft touches such as changes of table settings and uniforms create an entirely new ambiance. The restaurant will be informal yet innovative, with each show kitchen brought to life by chefs in action. The focus will be on French and local modern cuisine, prepared with authentic tastes and recipes using sustainable (local) and seasonal products. Fresh herbs and honey will come from the hotel garden and apiary which surround the space.
A selection of signature waters from around the world will be presented and served with the choice of berries, lime, lemon or mint.
Wine matches will be carefully selected to complement each dish.
All guest will receive a ‘Farewell Gift’ to ensure the last memory of Racines is not the payment. This gift can be for example a ‘brioche with jam for breakfast’ presented in a beautiful box with a compliment note from the Executive Chef.
The beef was not charred enough & inside was not really medium rare so we had to ask the chef to rework on the beef. Staff was polite but guess it was a crowded evening so they forgot to bring our wine & wine glasses.
Could have offered us window seats. Great food nevertheless.
Very good quality of food. I had the Wagyu beef cheek and Duck confit. Both are made with love and perfect execution on presentation. I feel pampered.
Went for the September set lunch. Quite disappointed since saw many good reviews- 4 out of 5 did not like our mains.
Thank you for letting my child dine for free and giving her the bee soft toy. Personally I'd love to see a little bit more variety for hot items than what's available currently.

Main course was really average, meat was either too fat or too dry, depends on the piece. Very disappointed. Desert was just ok.
Gorgeous space, with booths for large groups, and great service. The table was set up with a high chair and crayons/ picture for our bubs, after I indicated that we needed a high chair in our reservation. There is a menu for children. There was a good whiskey cocktail promo, and the freshly baked bread was totally yums.
Outstanding collaborative efforts between Chef Audra and the Executive Chef. Loved every bit of it. Food served was hot and well plated and each dish was well orchestrated from timing to precision. Chef Audra was every bit the perfect hostess..seamless and full of charisma! Serving staff Shankar was very attentive! Overall a great experience on event night. Loved it and will like to know more about Accord plus program and be informed if future events. However one bit that.was extremely frustrating and I was sore about it was with the restaurant reservations team. 1. No official email confirmation post payments aside from a paypal receipt. 2. Requested for it after calling in 3x and it still never came through aside from the reminder email the day prior to event 3. Despite final call request and acknowledgment from the staff on the call to send through the invite - nothing came through! 4. Just extremely appalling! This area needs to be sorted out and a closed loop to be in place.
Braised beef was a tad dry and overdone. The garoupa fish soup with vermicelli had robust broth though I would have preferred it hotter. Ambience was great and the place beautifully done. The jalapeno sorbet was a delight. The complimentary birthday cake slice was a nice touch for our group of 4.

The menu at Racines is creative by having the same ingredients for both Chinese and French. The service was impeccable. We were misinformed about the promotion on Accorplus card. However, the restaurant took responsibility as sometimes this conversation can be tricky. This is definitely a plus point.
The food is amazing with a new menu every month ! Service is impeccable - go there atleast once a week :)
Food quality, service, ambience all great
It was a bit weird for the restaurant to ask what the occasion was for us to dine there but did nothing. Certain places would have birthday song or music being played or prepare small token or gift like a small birthday cake etc. However, there was none. it was just like a gathering. Nothing special done.

Food is great and there were enough waiters and waitresses around. I could get their attention easily which was a good thing. Some restaurants that i have been to, I have to hunt for them.
The service was slow as we had to wait for quite some time before main course was served. The portion size of the Western dishes - pork cutlet and fish can be increased.
Nice atmosphere, everything else was so-so. We enjoyed the bread and the desserts the most.
