RACINES - LUNCH & DINNER
Racines, located on the fifth floor, is a place offering a Chic Bistronomie. It features an interactive, casual chic dining experience where guests will experience a distinctive culinary journey with animation as a key element.
Racines will have a completely different look and feel from breakfast at night, when soft touches such as changes of table settings and uniforms create an entirely new ambiance. The restaurant will be informal yet innovative, with each show kitchen brought to life by chefs in action. The focus will be on French and local modern cuisine, prepared with authentic tastes and recipes using sustainable (local) and seasonal products. Fresh herbs and honey will come from the hotel garden and apiary which surround the space.
A selection of signature waters from around the world will be presented and served with the choice of berries, lime, lemon or mint.
Wine matches will be carefully selected to complement each dish.
All guest will receive a ‘Farewell Gift’ to ensure the last memory of Racines is not the payment. This gift can be for example a ‘brioche with jam for breakfast’ presented in a beautiful box with a compliment note from the Executive Chef.
Had dinner with my wife and another guest on 3 rd Dec . Very good services and food is yummy and value for money . Will have dinner or lunch there again. 👍👍👍
Warm hospitality. Big thank you to the service team, especially to Mr Shanker too. Will definitely recommend this place to my business associates and friends. Well done and keep up the good work.
Service standards especially from the Manager Nazrin was appalling.
Sue Min's service is awesome, once she saw us yesterday she will come to my son and tell him to eat fast so that she can get him his fav vanilla ice-cream as usual, as for service staff at the dessert department is not very attentive, when I told her about the choc ice-cream, she just tell me there is not choc ice-cream here, but then I told her is in the freezer, normally the staff will get from there for me, then she brought it out, not a big issue, but if she can respond better would be nice. The lobster bisque n char kuay teow is really nice.
Great and innovative food options that will captivate all, coupled with impeccable service from the great staff.
Amazing service, we had a good time over good food
Would appreciate service staff to alert if dishes are not suited for kids as I ordered a mushroom noodles for my kid but wasn’t aware it was spicy so in the end she only had soup and bread. Thanks!
Everything is good for my family dinner. Will go back again.
Top notch service, appreciate the attentiveness and reminder to use the Entertainer App. Had a fantastic anniversary celebration. Will be back for the foie gras!
Racines serve quality food with a twist. A fusion of fine French and Chinese cuisines that delight our palates
While the Atomosphere of the restaurant and deco is superior and premium, I think Racines seems like a miss more than a hit The French Chef's menu / Sunday Semi Brunch was not exactly value of $. The offering of Salad/Desserts were not more than 4 tables (salad) and 3 tables. Macaroon was missing too Paid about $68+30/pax for the Premium menu 1. Fried Chicken was too dry for my liking 2. Laksa was missing and prawn noodle was too soggy 3. Lobster Bique was strong and thick 4. Plates for my baby was dirty , even before we got to even start using it. Stains was noticable. 5. Unless you are busy eating lobster, foie gras, Oyster, not very worthy to pay $30 more per pax
The ordering service for signature food took pretty long to arrive. Limit to 1 plain water, tea or coffee seem too little. limit to 1 serving of espresso drink may seem reasonable.
Food was good but I gave you guys three stars because the price of water was $12. Otherwise it was great
staff very friendly with excellent customer service, delicious food, cosy atmosphere, wll visit the restaurant again
Celebrated a birthday here. Service was really personal and excellent. Food was great. Overall, I'd highly recommend to anyone and am likely to visit again.
One of very few restaurants that proactively offers to let you try their wine before deciding on which to choose, really appreciate this service especially for a novice wine-drinker like myself. Thumbs up :)
the bisque was divine and they always let us hv our favourite seat by the window which was appreciated. The bread roll was good but the butter was a bit soft. they should only take it out of the fridge just before serving. the wait staff were very nice and attentive. thot the beef was too fat and the slow cook made it quite oily for my taste but my friend was ok with it. really enjoyed the complimentary cold asparagus soup, if they had it in a regular bowl I'd get it! the shot glass amount was a bit mingy. the cheese cake and sorbet was left out for too long and turned slimy and gooey instead of a heavenly curd and firm to the bite. very disappointing end to the evening's course. but the friendly staff and lovely ambience is well worth more visits...
The food and services at Racines was awesome! There was also a complimentary dessert when we mentioned that we were going to be there for our anniversary and we felt that was really great service.
Top notch service and lovely ambiance. Appetisers and dessert were great but the mains were a bit of a let down. The lamb chops, oysters and foie gras stood out but the rest were just so-so. I did like being served only tasting portions as this allowed us to try nearly the whole menu.
Choice of bread can be made known to guest from the start. So that guests can choose what they like. Menu can be abit confusing if this is not my second time to Racines. Server can assist to explain how the menu works and maybe give a brief introduction of Racines. Other than that, services is great as usual. Whole dining experience is comfortable.
Great service with good selection of food.
Thank you, it was a fantastic first-time experience at Racines. Not only was the food excellent, the service staff were attentive too.
salmon not fully cooked (or it supposed to be not fully cooked?).. wagyu beef is awesome. fried rice taste normal. garlic broccoli is awesome. the loaf is nice. service is good. overall we had a good team bonding lunch.
Really value for money with the ACCOR card, but would be pricey without. Food, ambience and service were fantastic, a real class place.
