Had a booking and arrived on time . 10 minutes passed without being approached by a member of staff , eventually when a waitress came over I showed her my booking confirmation and she said it would be another 10 minutes before a table was ready.a further 10 minutes later I was approached by a security man and was asked for ID ,subsequently I was told it was over 21s . I am over 18 and nowhere was it stated when I was booking it would be over 21s after 7. I was also only there for food ,not drink. Overall bad experience and don’t think I’ll be back any time soon. Many of my friends ,also under 21,have been there at night drinking and there were no issues for them. Very dissapointed.!!!
I had made a reservation for two at 6 and we were told to join the line which lasted 30 mins, we then were brought to a table inside that was very dark and spaced very close to a large group, our server was very forgetful and he kept walking back and forwards from our table, the food and drink was fantastic! Just a shame the service and atmosphere was bad
We ordered our food at 25 to 7, as we had to give back our table by 8, our food never came so that was disappointing but the girl serving us was amazing and so helpful! Wish I got her name because she went above and beyond for us!
Terrible service. Servers and chefs forgot our order and 2 of us were waiting at the table with no one coming to check if we are ok. Waited nearly 2 hours for proper service, no apology given and there was only about 12 other customers in the place. For shame.
Booked a table for three, on arrival there was few seats available on the terrace so asked could we sit outside instead, waitress said no because the table we were sitting at was apparently for four people, three seated table was available near to it but again was not aloud sit at it, reason given was very unclear, sat inside anyways, took 25 minutes to be served than an hour for pizza to come. Very dark inside could not read menus without having to use my torch on my phone
Drinks are good value and taste good. Food was also good, but took just over an hour for two pizzas which was ridiculous. Staff weren’t overly friendly. Very dark inside and music was too loud to have a conversation. What annoyed is most was definitely the excessive wait for good with no explanation or apologies
Friendly and accommodating staff
The waiter didn't know what kind of beers were available. Pizza 2 for 1 but the price was almost €22.00. So wasn't 2 for 1 in the end
