Purslane is a small, independent restaurant in the heart of Cheltenham which specialises in the freshest, sustainably-caught seafood from British waters combined with the best local produce the Cotswolds has to offer. We opened in the Summer of 2012 and our menu is seafood-led, though carnivores and vegetarians will always find delicious options to choose from.
Awarded a score of six in the Good Food Guide for the last three years and winner of Best Chef at the 2016 Taste of Gloucestershire Awards, chef/patron Gareth Fulford leads a small team using modern techniques such as sous vide cooking to bring out the purest flavours while delivering simple dishes to a high standard.
