A great lunch with attentive service, good atmosphere and delicious food. Thank you.
We love the punchbowl and have been many times. The food is always great . Its one of our family favourite restaurants.
Incredible food as always and service was fantastic.
Excellent service and fabulous food ,can’t wait to go again !
Server was very nice.
Nice atmosphere with duo singing.Lovely sharing roast and great cocktails.Look forward to returning to eat inside!
I had the warm peach salad, very disappointing. No flavour at all in the peaches, the salsa appeared to be just chunks of tomato and the dish contained chilli or something similar. I hate heat in a dish and would never have ordered this had it given an indication in the menu that it featured this.
Courtesy of Covid we had to be seated outside but we were under canvas with heaters. It was windy and wet but the staff couldn’t have been better, bringing blankets to keep us warm. The food was beautiful and we had a lovely evening!
I visited punchbowl having been highly recommended by a friend. I came for dinner with a colleague, both had a stressful day at work to the point where we didn’t even feel like going for dinner. We still went ahead with our plans and the moment we entered, we greeted by the friendly staff, sat down and absorbed the lovely atmosphere, our mood soon changed. The service was amazing, the staff are lovely, the food is beyond my words! To the point where I’ve now booked a family dinner at Punchbowl in June. Yes we’ll have to travel close to an hour, but it’s well worth it. Thank you team for such a lovely dining experience! I have 1 question: when can i book in for Christmas dinner?
Welcoming and friendly. Sat under cover outside, very well organised. Limited menu but lovely food.
Lovely friendly staff, great food and proper wine glasses
Great food, great service and would highly recommend
Absolutely top draw as always. Love it. Best pub in Warwickshire
Really enjoyed lunch, service and ambience very good. Food was very nice indeed. Thank you
Really tasty dishes we asked for recommendations of starters , starter, main, and dessert and great cocktail list. First time ever visiting would recommend and I would come again. Warm reception on from staff and good service throughout (just needed drinks topping up faster).
Everything was lovely apart from the wind and cold which was not your fault, we can’t wait to come back and book a table inside.
Lovely atmosphere, staff were great and food was yummy. They've done a wonderful job with the outside area to keep us all sheltered. It was raining but didn't get wet and they supplied blanket which was a lovely added touch.
Impressive ...children running around dangerous as waitresses carrying large hot plates of food
Lovely food. Service good too. Music a nice accompaniment albeit a little loud. Will come again.
We had a fantastic family lunch with superb atmosphere especially loved the live music - fantastic bonus! The food was delicious will be booking again soon! Thank you
Great afternoon out. We were warm, attended to and absolutely pleasantly surprised when the bill came too. I will definitely be back.
The Punchbowl is setting the standard for outdoor dining...great quality food, great set up and lovely staff. It’s what we’ve come to expect from this fantastic venue, but even so, they deserve credit.
Poor service. Ran out of food early. Punchbowl let themselves down big time. We won’t be going again.
Found all ( except one young lad) staff to be cold and unhelpful. When first greeted at the door I wouldn’t say it was welcoming by any stretch of the imagination. It was a 8:15 sitting and we were told that the hake had all gone. We ordered starters and they came back to say they too had gone !!! The service was very slow, the men’s table had the bitter arrive and ten minutes later still no lager, reordered. We asked to speak to the supervisor re, poor service, poor management re food and messing up what we had ordered. The supervisor never came over to speak or to apologise about our complaint despite being asked. We have always been pleased with the Punchbowl but until the staff are less cold and rude we will not be going again. One member of staff was really lovely and could not apologise enough and carefully took the orders ,checking three times he had them correctly written down. He was a young lad, I wish I had his name as he was a credit to the pub. Perhaps he could teach the others about customer service.
