Kindly be informed that we will not be able to permit entry to all our restaurant & bars if:

· You have been administered a nasal swap at the Singapore Changi Airport
· You have had any contact with a new COVID-19 patient in the past 14 days
· Any one of your immediate family members has had contact with a new COVID-19 patient in the past 14 days
· You are currently on a mandatory Stay Home Notice
Should there be a queue when you arrive, please practise social distancing of 1 metre apart from the person/group in front of you. ALL guests are required to scan the QR code on the signage at the front door and fill up an online declaration form.
Temperature checks will also be conducted at the entrance of the restaurant. Kindly take note of your temperature as it will need to be indicated on the declaration form.
The attentive service provided was much appreciated. It was a busy evening as it was Mother’s day, and the server was not able to come to my table immediately when i signaled her as she was serving another table, but she nodded her head to acknowledge that she saw me. She came after quite a few minutes later and apologized for the wait. This is good service to me compared to other restaurants where the servers simply ignore you and pretend they don’t see you if the place is busy.
Juice is pricey for such a small glass.
Bad service encountered at Prego. Informed prior on the baby chair but it was not brought to me until I have to request for it. No baby utensils when I obviously have a baby. Called on 3 service staff to take my order only to hear please give me a moment. Ordered apple juice and they didnt ask me if i was freshly pressed or off the carton. Ordered the dimsum breakfast. Was not given ginger with vinegar or chopsticks. Had to request for it. Seems like your service crew are not intuitive at all. And smiles are free. Despite wearing masks, a smile can be seen from the eyes. Apparently your staff woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Deeply disappointing.

Had breakfast at Prego. Amazing American breakfast. Coffee can be done better but otherwise, the food and ambience were great
Staff is very friendly & attentive to our needs. It would be better if they can have option for second serving (meaning upon request by customer).
We had the pleasure of meeting and being taken of by Emmanuel. He is such a delight. We felt very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Prego.

The Angel spaghetti with Maine Lobster in tomato sauce was really good one of my favourite dish when i dine at Prego
Great food and service, forgot to mention the breath taking view and classic ambience.
One of my usual place when sometimes I would just come back here again to have my pasta. However, the recent experience left me leaving feeling umbrage about the service and food. Being a well known Italian restaurant, I kind of expect the pasta would be the basic and staple food that most people would go with and that their chef would easily serve something with their usual standard, but not for my aglio aglio. As it was my advance treat to my aunt,… little did I know that her aglio aglio was served under cooked. The spaghetti was horrific. I tried a mouthful and immediately I knew it was way under cooked. Also our side order fungi mushroom never came out despite like 3 reminders with their staff… and it only came out when all of us finished our meal. I will probably not come back again looking at the service as well as the quality of their food seems to drop a lot.

Repeat visit. Standards seemed to have dropped. Some items were decently prepared but the lamb kofta was rock hard and had to leave most of it. Pizza at lunch was decent but again, seems to lack the finesse it once had.
The experience was simply appalling. We had breakfast and one of the things we had was the Middle East breakfast with the lamb kebab. We noted that the kebab was undercooked and raw in the centre. To undercook raw meat like that is a safety and health issue. We have been in the Middle East for a few years and nobody serves lamb kebab like that.
Booking online for reservation is easy but when I reached the restaurant I still need to wait for awhile as all in the queue. Once seated no one approach me to take order and I waited 15mins as all so busy. I wanted a hot porridge but the tatse turns out horrible. Is so tasteless. Than I had a juice and no one came up to check if I need any service. I ordered a plate of fruits but never arrived. I left! Although we are entitled a free breadfast, I don't think we are deserved to be treated so unwelcome. Very dissapointed service.
Great services and awesome food.
There was too little staff causing the service to be very slow and the speed of the food being served was also affected.
In-hse guests. - went for breakfast and service was horrendous Needed to call the staff a few times Order were not followed. Where we were seated hardly had staff around to look out for guests needs. Overall, quality of breakfast was alright
Wide variety of juices during breakfast time. The restaurant is able to accommodate to customised food items due to dietary restrictions.
Quality of food is not very good now. Disappointed. Now service has also dropped, probably you now have shortage of staff.
