The new look is fabulous but can't say the same for the rib eye steak my friend ordered. She ordered medium the meat served was well done. When we asked to change it what came back was a piece that was MEDIUM-RARE! So sent it back. Only the third time the chef got it right. That really fell below expectations. The server, however must be commended for her empathy & effort to make us feel better.

Disappointed you have change the menu. We went is because if the seafood risotto but you gave totally change the menu. Will not go there anymore.
Went there with high expectations, but was disappointed. The new menu is not exciting nor inviting. We ordered some items to share. Only the bread basket was good. The calamari was chewy, the salad was dismal, pizza pedestrian and the ravioli was tough. All in all a very disappointing dining experience.
Ambience and food quality needs attention though bread selection good.
Impressive renovation work
the food portion was not as much as the old prego. the pasta and pizza were not the same standard previously. the paid bread was not as delicious as the free bread. service was slow due to lack of service staff menu was so different and should had not retain the old prego name.
No more free flow of bread..... Portion of food reduced in volume. Taste remains good.
I was really excited when Prego completes its reno. I have always love the bread basket, squid ink pasta, rivioli from Prego. But now, everything is chargeable. Bread basket $8, warm water $2. And the food was quite disappointing. Gnocchi was fine. But Rivioli and pizza is very normal yet price is a lot higher. Service was also below expectations. We were made to wait at the entrance and only 1 staff bringing guest, then explain menu and chat with guest before she comes back to attend to the next in line. Even though we have reservations. And when she came back, she welcome those who just walk in and check their reservations first and continue to make us wait. When we get in, aircon above leaks onto me. We change table. Given the renovation is new, it was a surprise to experience this. Then i brought my Amex wine voucher. Asked the lady to check what is the red and white wine that i can choose from. She went to check and didnt come back. When i check with her again, she has forgotten about my wine request. Thereafter she got another colleague to come over. This staff then told me both red and white are from Chile. Carbenet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc. I told her i want S.Blanc then. She went off and came back to tell me is actually Italian and Toscana. So, nothing seems to go well that evening. Besides the refreshing deco, me and my friends were disappointed with the food, service. I did gather feedback from them as i am the one who suggested dinner at Prego. They said they wont dine at Prego again after this experience.
I love the new look. The food was great and the portions just right without any potential wastage. Unfortunately, they seemed to be short handed when it comes to service and you’ve got to try and get attention every now and then. The Chef was seen to be personable and interacted freely with the guests.
The place is noisy. The portions of the food have shrunk.
No bread was served. I missed the serving of bread in the old concept which was truly an Italian hospitality and experience.
1. Ridiculous to charge for warm water 2. Also to charge $8 for bread - that’s a rip-off 3. Both my client n I had Pasta and costing more than $30 each, we ate hardly anything. 4. Should have lunch specials
Services staff Mr. Gregory was excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt a bit warm in the restaurant sweating and uncomfortable🙁. Foods were good. A little pricey on dessert menu. Thanks

The renovated PREGO ambiance is AMAZING! the service is good as usual. But slight disappointment my favourite Seafood Risotto is no longer available. on the menu. But the mushroom risotto was as good for me. Also, bit surprised that the bread tray which used to be complimentary is now chargeable.
We had a family gathering and birthdays celebration. Calvin served us throughout the meal. We like the food, the ambience and the new decor. We were delighted by Calvin's service - professional and prompt.
