Potterspury House, Grand Restaurant in Towcester, is an inviting place to enjoy delicious food, made from the very finest ingredients, most of which are either sourced locally or grown on their own grounds and prepared on-site by our highly trained local chef.
We were so lucky to find this perfect little gem. It’s such a lovely place. Staff were amazing, looking after us and the food was delicious all freshly made on site. You all helped us make My sisters surprise baby shower extremely special. Thanks you so much x
Lovely experience table of 12, all amazingly looked after, served hot and all together . Due to dietary problems they did not hesitate, to cook those individuals with suitable to there requirements know hassle or fuss, I can not wait to experience seated outside in the fabulous surroundings having a lovely meal, very romantic and if you want to spoil anyone afternoon tea and a trip at the spa next door just awesome thank you
When having afternoon tea I would expect to have table cloths and pretty china. Very good service and nice, polite people.
Lovely setting for a restaurant, food presentation was really good and food was very tasty. Only criticism were the lamb cutlets were a little fatty but apart from that very good. Our party also had jerk chicken and sea bass both were very nice. The homemade fish cakes for starters were amazing highly recommend. Will be coming back hopefully for the Caribbean evening. Nice touch is seeing chef preparing the food in the open kitchen.
An excellent setting for a family get together and wonderful food.
Had the best time for my friends 60th surprise lunch everyone was impressed by the food & value and there was 12 of us eating ... well done will definitely be returning , Thank you , we were a rowdy bunch!!
We had a delicious lunch and were served by a lovely friendly waitress who was very welcoming who also gave us a guided tour of the spa area. Would recommend.
Perfect spot for a quiet 1 to 1
It seemed a shame that we were the only people in the restaurant but the food was excellent and the staff couldn’t do enough. Thoroughly enjoyable meal Thank you
Lovely meal, great food with lots of personal attention and service.
Would firstly like to thank the team at Potterspury house for making my birthday afternoon tea incredibly special. The staff went the extra mile and were very accomodating to our parties needs. The atmosphere and size made for an intimate experience where the whole party could enjoy everyones company. I look forward to returing soon in the near future.
Beautiful food in a beautiful location
Very nice and enjoyable meal, and looking forward to going again next time we are in the area.
Lovely local restaurant
Very nice and relaxing place. Everything was just perfect! Our company has enjoyed the ambience, tranquility and happy staff
We were very impressed ... the quality of food was excellent and we will be back for more ...
Love that this place is based on fresh produce and it’s all about the food. Also love the service and the staff who make you feel so welcome. It’s a really friendly and personal place.
Lovely experience, the place is beautiful, the prices are fair and the 3 ladies were wonderful to us on Father’s Day. Would go back in a heartbeat.
My husband and I have lived in Silverstone for nearly a year now and have only just discovered this gem. We would never have discovered it had we not noticed the advert in one of the local booklets put though our door. My sister and her partner were over and also enjoy fine food and wine so we decided to give it a go. We were welcomed by the chef who by the way is amazing. From the beginning we felt welcomed and the service was second to none. The restaurant is small but beautiful and so peaceful. The food was superb and so reasonably priced along with the drinks. We also got a guided tour around the grounds and the treatment rooms which I will be visiting in the future. I must say that this is a superb place to dine and we have booked again to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, food and wine. A must in my eyes so make sure you visit this restaurant.
Good food and drink, reasonably priced.
Went here for lunch and was well impressed. Lovely food in equally lovely surroundings. Excellent staff with good people skills made it an experience we shall be sure to repeat again.
Excellent food Helpfully friendly staff Super value for money
The fact that we were the only diners on a Saturday night was a bit disconcerting, but our fears were unfounded as the food was lovely - especially the rack of lamb and the chocolate fondant - and the service was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel completely at home.
Lovely staff and atmosphere and great food
Service was friendly and efficient. The food was well cooked - asked for the beef to be served pink but it came medium to well done - but was tender. The pear dessert was delicious but a fork was requested in order to 'manage' it on the plate. No complaints in relation to the service or the quality of food. The dining room is somewhat 'compact'.
