Sam and Lewis was amazing a credit to you
Lovely food and service
We came last night for a friends birthday. Food was tasty and good value. It was busy but there wasn’t a long wait and lots of staff on checking in regular. Would one hundred percent recommend. Only thing I could comment on is £20 for a bottle off standard house wine I thought was a little pricey.
Love the atmosphere, the food is great. food does take some time to come out but on a lovely sunny afternoon who cares. Plenty of time for Birra Moretti! Unfortunately the beer cost nearly as much as the food so what started out as a lunchtime treat for good value turned out to be a nightout cost. But after a year of missing out, who cares! Recommend to anyone.
Really enjoyed it, brilliant food and service was amazing
Anyone that goes will revisit
We had a few problems with the ordering system & had to ask 4 times for the drinks we ordered on arrival & had to flag a member of staff to ask if we could order. However staff were very friendly and apologetic and the food was delicious. I would definitely visit again.
Fab! Would definately book again.
Staff great, food good we enjoyed the pizza.
Long wait for food.
Was a lovely afternoon staff were helpful just a slight wait on food coming out. If we had been in a hurry it might have been a problem but we just took advantage of the fabulous facilities and took the kids on the park.
Very friendly staff and good quality food.
We had a very poor experience. We ordered 2 portions of dough balls that arrived and didn't seem to have even been cooked. They were similar in texture to pre baked bread before cooking.; they were revolting. We sent them back and asked for them to be reheated; they were cold and still the same texture when brought back. My husband's pizza was also cold when it arrived and you could see it was as the cheese had solidified. My fish on the fish and chips was soggy. We did let the waitress know of our thoughts when we had paid the bill. After having already complained about the dough balls once we didn't want to get into a conversation about quality; we just wanted to get out. As you class yourself as an Italian pizza restaurant I would have thought the pizza and dough balls would have been fab. When we arrived nearly all of the bi folding doors were closed, which was strange as it did not in any way comply with current regulations. Admittedly it was a very wet and windy day but even so, if the tables furthest away from the doors were the only ones filled they could have been opened. A lady with long dark hair came into the restaurant and opened the doors right behind us, just before we were given our main course. It would have been nice to have been given an option to move tables or even had an acknowledgment of the fact. We were then frozen. If the food had been enjoyable I would have scored you higher for value for money as you aren't over priced. I note that you are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager; they need to hit the ground running!
Really enjoyed the food, we will definitely be visiting again 👍🏼
Seemed to be aimed at younger crowd , loud and uncouth. Nice place though & friendly young staff but useless getting drinks order right . 4 times they got the same drink wrong. Would return but to a different part of the venue
Maybe we picked a busy day but the drinks order took 45 minutes to turn up once we could actually find someone to take our order. The drinks were 4 for £10 of one member staff 5 for £15 from another other. The meal order once seating took 25 minutes to even acknowledge we wanted to order even though we booked a table. . Food was ok when it did arrive. Went to pay bill no one had a record of it. Good job we were honest ladies.
Personally I had the pasta dish and the food was very bland I had to put a lot of salt on it just to add some flavour
We booked a table when we arrived previous party was sat there, staff didnt ask them to leave so we got shoved on a makeshift table in everybodys way, we waited over 1 hour for food then tjere was items missing.
Fantastic service from start to finish, very relaxing excellent staff. Food was excellent too with a great menu. Will be visiting again soon.
We really enjoyed our first date night out and understand there are teething issues, unfortunately for us our order didn’t go through so we had a long wait and didn’t get to enjoy our food as much as we’d like as we were starving and slightly cold! The waiter was so lovely though. A bit unsure about some of the other tables, I guess the youngsters are a bit feral after 4 months being lockdown. Looking forward to my next visit.
It took 1 hour for us to receive our starters we ordered at 7.10pm and didn’t get our starters till 8pm then had to ask for mains !! And kids ice creams took so long we brought them home the staff were lovely so was the food to be fair but this is the 2 nd time we have had this experience so not sure if we will be back came mid week and was served promptly so maybe it’s just the kitchens can’t cope at busy times because the girls and boys out front were really trying to get it sorted when our starters arrived the soup was cold and the pasta also but then I suppose you are outside x
Waited a while for our drinks and food, least 20 minutes for our bottoms of Prosecco to arrive and food was also a while. Food arrived pizza wasn’t great, and was black on the bottom totally burnt. Didn’t complain at the time but wish we had now.
Staff were all extremely polite and it is clear that they all know what they’re doing. The wait on drinks was again just abit too long.
After waiting over an hour to have our order taken and then another hour for food it was safe to say we were very hungry and not the happiest. The manager removed our drinks off the bill and we were thankful for that, however table service needs to be much better in my opinion, there should be a system in place where people get their orders taken within an hour. Tables that had come in an hour after us got their order taken before us!
