About Pieminister Bristol Broad Quay
Award-winning pies and soft serve sundaes in laid-back surroundings with great music and a well-stocked bar: pie and ice cream feasting doesn’t get better than this.
Wonderful all round.
The mothership was fantastic, the staff were also very good sorting a high chair for my 2 year old. It just took a while to get food to the table which wasn't great with a hungry toddler.
Great food and very reasonably priced. Good quality home made stuff with no unnecessary frills or a price hike.
Tasty, filling food and friendly, helpful service.
Great food and service 👍
Delicious motherships for me and a friend. Will be back!
Tasty pies with generous fillings, the mothership was especially good!
Food was fab only issue, which was quickly rectified, was very warm Prosecco - as soon as I asked for some ice we were given two new glasses of Prosecco
We went to pieminster for the first time before going to see a show at the hippodrome. We had heard good things about the restaurant but unfortunately we didn’t feel the same. We ordered two gluten free pies, after 25 mins one came out which wasn’t gluten free, then we got told there wasn’t another gluten free option in the particular pie we ordered so had to order another which was another 10 minute wait. One pie wasn’t very warm at all and the other steaming hot. Service wasn’t great, was slow and the waitress had to be promoted to take our order after sitting for 15 mins to begin with. Disappointing experience
Absolutely exceptional quality, and tasty food! I would highly recommend. Great attention to detail with every flavour, and matching gravy! Thanks for a fabulous meal.
Service was very slow, quite hard to get the waiters/ waitress attention. We had a booth and the seat was stuck back together with duct tape. It was also uncomfortably hot. The food however was excellent, and the menu choice is fantastic.
Hi Leanne, I'm really sorry the waitress wasn't as attentive as she should have been I will follow this up with the team working Wednesday. I am aware that one of the booths are damaged and we are awaiting for it to be re-upholstered, so should be back to looking great soon! Thanks so much for the feedback, Kate, Operations Manager
Almost everything was run out: Sunday best (and I specified that when booing), Heidi pie, beans ans slaw. If a restaurant is open, it is supposed to have the food (or almost everything) on the menu. The restaurant in Broad Quay has always loud music and lack of attention. I usually love you, but this time...heartbreak.
We all had a lovely meal on Sunday, very tasty and filling. We had the Sunday best and it lived up to it’s name.
Overall we enjoyed the food. The portions were good and it wasn't too expensive. The service was good. The draft coke was not pleasant. It didn't taste like other draft coke I've had and it was less fizzy than normal.
One member of the pie crew was rude. He did things begrudgingly was flippant and rolled his eyes when we asked he count the money.
Really good affordable food!
Value for money. service was great.
The pie was great, the value for money was brilliant and great service
Team were great, Suzanne was as helpful as should could be. Rest of team were as good, I am a fan of Pieminister👍👍👍👍
Really good, friendly service. Great food, have thought about that pie more than once today already
Simple heart fare in the centre of town. The range of pies has increased slightly from my last visit although the choice of drinks is still quite small. One thing that's really stepped up is the service, previously it was lack lustre, slow and basic but this time there were smiles, efficiency and generally a massive step up. Small mistake with our drinks order, waiter was more confused than us why a tea had turned into a pint, but it was quickly sorted and all with a smile.
Found by chance on TripAdvisor, lovely experience 😊 thank you
I've already written a detailed TripAdvisor review. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had the misfortune of experiencing in the last 20 years!
Food was incredible, atomosphete was lovely and the Geordie lad who served us was great!
