Amazing food, quick and efficient service, nice to see the new safety measures in place
Had the Sunday best pie meal, it was great value for money and delicious, I was treated like a VI 🥧
Value for money, pies great, sides great, beer great, cocktails good, service great.
Took a while to take our order but after that the service was very good
really nice experience!! lovely food!!
Pie was very mushy.
Great food, good atmosphere and reasonably priced
The staff were welcoming & friendly, especially to my 7 year old daughter. It was quite a long walk to the toilet
Great Food, Service and Location. Staff were helpful and attentive. Throughly enjoyed the visit.
Made a reservation for a wheelchair and coeliac. Arrive to find steps to venue. Also no meat gluten free pies on a Friday night. Didn't stay
Second visit - once again, great food, prices and service! Would recommend.
Accommodated 6 people very well, enjoyable relaxed good value for money.
Nice meal with lots of choice of pies/combinations.Good value, basic pie plus 2 sides £8.95.Food was well presented and hot.Everyone enjoyed their meal and will definitely return.
Great. Vegan pie Thanks
Very nice food and great service! Nice staff.. just way too many fires with the meal, slightly overwhelming and hate wasting food! Other than that! Cheers
Good food. Drink expensive. Easy online booking system. Lots of choice for vegetarians. Will go again.
Free ranger pie is lovely, mud pie dessert was really nice. Overall a very enjoyable meal. We were initially served very quickly but a slight delay in taking our dessert order.
I can't fault the food or the service. Excellent!
our experience would have been great had it not been for the manager (or at least we assumed thats who he was) we were sat for maybe 10 minutes looking at the menu, when he came over (we thought to take our order) he proceeded to read the entire menu out loud to us, almost aggressively? which was weird & unnecessary, he leaned all over us to get more menus from the table- again just to read them aloud to us.. he just made us feel uncomfortable and like an inconvenience. the other wait staff were different, smiling and friendly as you’d expect. The restaurant is kinda cool & the pies are nice, i just think i’ll buy them from the supermarket instead and save the risk of another bad service experience
Ginger beer too fiery for gin on the cocktail
Our pie and mash was spot on and the service we got we couldn’t fault so big thanks to the staff
Great menu enjoyed by all. We were a large group and the purpose of the meeting was related to a charity training day that we had during the day. Service was great on the whole and the only thing I would say is that the waitress (Caz) got frustrated due to some last minute changes in our number and showed her annoyance at one point which was a little off putting but totally understandable as it must get stressful when there are only two people running the entire restaurant floor which they were doing a great job of overall. I'd be happy to go back but with a smaller party!
Convenient location and friendly staff
