Peyotito restaurant brings the vibrant spirit of modern Mexico City to Notting Hill with its contemporary take on renowned Mexican food.
The menu, created by acclaimed chef Eduardo Garcia, is beautifully crafted and strikes a delicate balance between the contemporary and classic. From the familiar small plates of tacos, tostadas, quesadilla and delicate ceviche to more unusual dishes such as cactus salad.
Peyotito bar houses a painstakingly curated collection of tequila and mescal showcasing the bold spirit of Mexico, alongside extensive cocktail and wine lists.
Peyotito alongside sister restaurant Peyote in Mayfair stands as London’s gateway to modern Mexican culture with its hedonistic, multi-sensory experience from the food, drink, music and unique convivial atmosphere.
Lovely staff and good service. Was disappointed that the prawn and fish versions of the tacos were deep fried. The fish said 'grilled' on the menu but was definitely fried. Otherwise it was nice albeit quite expensive.
Amazing all round! Food is divine. Great service.
Amazing food and place! Will definitely try to be back when I am in London next.
Drinks were ok but the food was not good and very bland.
Great cocktails, food and lovely service. The wine list is a bit short and at £40 for the cheapest white wine, not great value.
Great spot- friendly staff- excellent food and fun margaritas!
We liked the food but the wine list is v v small and goes from 28£ to 250£ ! About 2-3 bottles in the below 60£ region then increases quite drastically. Sadly they are not orticularuly good wines either. Shame as the food and service v nice and it’s a cute casual place. I guess they want you to stick to margaritas.
Great staff, great vibe, great food from Adriana Cavita
I enjoyed this restaurant very much. The food was excellent and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was great and the music was a nice backdrop and not too loud as it can be in some restaurants. I am not from UK but will certainly visit again when I return to London. Thank you
Great food and drinks. Amazing fish tacos and ceviche, and the margarita with Mezcal was excellent
Great food and service. The only thing that could have been better was a bigger wine list to choose from. the cocktails were amazing so there were still lots of good things to drink. Would definitely go back again
The food, drinks and the services was brilliant. We had a wonderful anniversary dinner.
A very enjoyable evening. Food was delicious. The guest accompanying me tried octopus for the first time and absolutely loved it. The prawns tacos were the highlight of the day.
Fab and groovy drinks and food
Brilliant experience on all counts
Really good food, ceviche excellent as was the poussin mole. Very nice service from our charming Venezuelan waiter and a buzzy atmosphere. Would go again, fairly expensive but quality justifies the price.
Other than confusion between ordering a Tamarind Margarita and getting a Tommy, it was all perfect.
Great food and service, amazing cocktails. Definitely coming back
The experience was a letdown as we had heard a lot of hype about the restaurant. Most of the menu is deep fried and no interesting flavours or food types, which you'd expect for the size of portions and prices. Our service was very bad, we had to ask for water at least 6 times before being served. The manager came over and apologised to us in the end which was nice, but I still would not recommend anyone to go there for the price and experience.
Wonderful food with maybe a note that the lamb taco has a very strong tasting sauce -- too much for us. The rest was simply delicious. Our second visit and we will return!!
Great restaurant. Delicious food and great service. Highly recommend.
