Came here with my family the last night before lockdown and was very pleased with my choice. Lovely Asian food and pleasant service. Good awareness of COVID safety guideline. Will be coming here again in the future. Thanks purple peacock!
First time we have visited and will return. Excellent service and food. Brunch good value. Waiter very accommodating with our requests. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely beautiful food and service was brilliant
The service and food were outstanding. We booked for the drunch and could not fault any part of our time in the restaurant. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food was lovely and we will definitely be back again
Very friendly and efficient service. Well done restaurant manager Sean. Altogether a very enjoyable Sunday lunch
Excellent service, very attentive but not overly. Food was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend and return
Lovely break away for the night, all staff were excellent and we felt nothing was a bother for them! It was our anniversary and the staff made some lovely little touches which were greatly appreciated. Excellent value for money, the meal and breakfast were both very tasty. Another guest was playing music loud later at night we rang reception and it was quickly resolved. We didn't try the spa but would like to come back again to stay and try it, thank you Parkmore Hotel for making our night away enjoyable
Great service and lovely atmosphere
The food was nice but nothing outstanding and on reflection afterwards it wasn’t really worth the £25 per person. If we were to price the meals individually they would be overpriced. The venue was quiet but pleasant and we were very happy with the young lady serving us.
Fantastic experience - couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Thank you so much.
The staff where brilliant
Fab service and food was gorgeous!
Me and my family were looked after on Tuesday 13th by a lady. She was a lovely server and made us so comfortable. She even organised a cake for my sister for her birthday. 5* for keeping our Prosecco topped up! Only reason for poor atmosphere was because there was nobody in for the first hour and abit but thats like everywhere at the moment!
The lady serving us was really lovely and friendly. We felt very safe eating here and the £15 menu was very tasty and incredibly good value. Thank you for a lovely evening.
Fabulous night, Food lovely staff great nothing was to much trouble for them even thou I had forgot to change the numbers in our party they sorted it out with no fuss . Yes we will be back again soon. Would definitely recommend lovely, safe, friendly environment.
Food was lovely Service was spot on Definitely coming again
Beautiful food in lovely surroundings and excellent service . . Fantastic choice of menus . . Will definitely book again
We had afternoon tea and due to me being gluten free I always worry eating out. The food provided for myself was outstanding and the desserts were INSANE! Definitely go back
Thank you to the staff who looked after us. They did a sterling job. We had a wonderfully memorable evening Thank you.
We tried your restaurant during Teesside restaurant in the hope of finding a new hidden gem. Unfortunately we didn’t. I want to point out I’m not one for reviewing restaurants nor am I a food critic, I’m quite often very happy with the mediocre food sold in Teesside restaurants. Service was slow, extremely slow. While the 2 waitresses tried their best they were obviously understaffed, this could of been due to restrictions but I did hear they had 3 staff members the previous evening. Most importantly the food was poor, chicken wings lacked any form of flavouring, the “firecracker pork” was void of any kick, tingle or chilli and the potato wedges lacked seasoning. I had tangy lime pie for dessert and while it was tangy and the mango sorbet it was served with was very nice; I found the mixture of 3 strong flavours of the dish puzzling. Overall I guess the restaurant was busier than normal with less staff so hopefully this was a one of for you.
We came when it was the eat out to help out scheme. The food was absolutely lovely. Portion sizes where very good. Highly recommended the Hong Kong chicken and the Malva pudding. Will be back again
Lovely food and very friendly service.
The room was extremely cold looking absolutely no atmosphere although very good music in the background. The room is very large and understandably less tables. I would have thought having a few partitions around would make the room slightly warmer. The two waitresses were very good, however we had to complain because our food was lukewarm. There is too much competition around to recommend you to anyone. Also I did not like the fact we had to lift our food off the stand, where watching another table get served by a waiter they did not. Unfortunately will not be coming back.
Food excellent and staff friendly Social distancing and good health and safety measures
