Starring a who's who of the Margaret River's local best, the Other Side of the Moon Restaurant menu pays homage to local and indigenous ingredients that flourish in Bunker Bay during the Wardandi six seasons.
Indulge in succulent, locally bred Linley Valley pork belly and Margaret River Wagyu beef, Denmark mushrooms, foraged herbs, Manjimup truffle oil, Cambray Manchego and apricot quandong chutney - just to name a few! - complemented by decadent desserts from Pullman's Michelin-star experienced French Pastry Chef Romain Lassiaille.
Overall we were very disappointed, despite the unexpectedly outstanding presentation of the desserts. First class! The overall ambience of the room was disappointing on the day and the mains were average. The other three felt my seafood papperdelle was the best of our lot, but I would not choose to order it again, feeling it was fairly run of the mill. The service was amateurish for such an establishment. In saying that, we do not seek silver service formality, nor do we wish to blame the waitress, who meant well, but seemed inexperienced. We all felt that despite having a cheerful demeanour and a desire to be of assistance, she seemed inadequately trained. An example was asking us more than half a dozen times “if everything was OK”. It is questionable whether that ever needs to be asked (if customers are unhappy they should speak up without being prompted). Asking more than once becomes very irritating after a while. The difference between yesterday’s experience at your establishment and today’s at The Little Fish in both food and quality of service was unfortunately like chalk and cheese.
Beautiful setting, friendly and helpful service. Food was amazing! Delicious meals bursting with flavour! If you can fit it in, I definitely recommend the desert menu!
The staff in the restaurant were so fabulous and friendly. The lady dishing out the breakfast was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely breakfast and that my children were catered for. She was very very kind. A definite highlight to our stay at the resort. The other staff made us feel very welcome and that our children were no bother even if they giggled a little too loudly. The range of food seemed less than prior visits but perhaps that had to do with COVID.
Pretty noisy and very little ambience. Food was great, flavour and value for money. Service was hit and miss but pleasant enough.
Excellent experience all round, thank you. We also had dinner 2 nights earlier at Other Side, but our table was way down by the toasters in the breakfast area. The atmosphere was not great but the food and service were very good.

Service was slow and empty plates were not being collected. By the time we left the table was full of dirty plates and uneaten food. Clearly they were under staffed and slow on replenishing the food.
As we were the only ones in the restaurant at time the atmosphere was quiet. It was a lovely lunch and the staff were fantastic. Compliments to the chef.
We always look forward to our Buffet Breakfast at Pullman’s Resort Other side of the moon restaurant. Fiona and her team are the best . Always ensuring the food is freshly topped up and top quality and fresh ingredients make for a wonderful breakfast . Dinner is always a pleasure and the flavors of the dishes are just so delicious. Our waiter Scott was attentive and professional. If we wanted a mid afternoon cocktail Tom was on hand to bring us a drink from the bar. Another fabulous experience staying at Pullman’s Resort Bunker Bay and Other Side of The Moon restaurant.
We were fortunate enough to dine with Other Side Of The Moon, Sunday night & I have to say, the pork belly was the absolutely most delicious & something I will be going back for, sooner than later. Amazing! Tom our waiter, offered us excellent service. Fantastic
We dined twice while we were staying at the resort and enjoyed the food and wine both times. Menu was innovative and what you would expect from a restaurant attached to this resort. We will return!

Would love to return next time we are in Eagle Bay. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nice location with average service and small food portions. If you want vegetables, you need to order an extra plate for $12. Water was never topped up, nor was our wine. Paper napkins and no table cloths added to the expensive down market experience.
I do not believe there was any value in what we received for the price that was paid. The wait staff continuously had to get someone out to serve the buffet breakfast after noticing patrons lining up for 3 to 5 min. The mature aged lady greeting us and taking our room number upon arrival would benefit from a customer service refresher course. She was impatient and quite rude in tone and approach with us and other patrons. Not the kind of service you expect at a resort. The food and drink quality was good but the poor service experience outweighs the memory of this and has left a bitter taste in our mouth. Disappointing is the word that best descibes out experience.
Great service and the food was exceptional so were the cocktails, would have had a few more if there was a happy hour. Well done to all the staff.
