About Ostuni - Queens Park
Ostuni restaurant is London’s first eatery dedicated to the cuisine and wines of Puglia. It is a region that represents what Italian food is all about; simplicity and flavour. We serve the traditional pastas of the region; Orecchiette di grano arso with cime di rapa, salted anchovy, chilli and garlic or beef featherblade braciole, meatball, cacioricotta. Puglia’s seafood specialities are also well represented on our menu, with shellfish pastas, wild sea bass and bream cooked in a salt crust, or a rich stew of octopus in clay pot with black chickpeas. As for meat, our ‘fornello pronto’ stone oven is fired up with charcoal every evening to give aroma and flavour to succulent ‘bombette’ stuffed with provolone, T-bone steaks, devilled baby chicken and more. At Ostuni we value the importance of this authenticity and uniqueness through the Puglian dishes we recreate in our restaurants.
Good service and food. Friendly local restaurant a little overpriced.
Wine expensive for the quality.. Service needs improving...very slow between courses...had to wait 45mn for a main course after the starter...but if you are the one not having had a starter it is about 1h 15mn wait after you have ordered the food in he first place..
Excellent in every way.
Ostuni is one of our favourite restaurants in Queens Park, the food is always delicious, the staff are always welcoming and friendly and the service is always good.
Service is good but I was a bit dissapointed with the food. The meatball pasta only came with two meatballs and the seafood pasta had only two small prawns. For the cost Id expect more.
The food was excellent however it did take too long to be served and for the food to arrive.
Food is great with plenty of choices for vegetarians and omnivores. The wines are delicious too.
Very good Italian food. Friendly staff. I strongly recommend this restaurant if you stay in the area.
Waiters/waitresses shouldn't start clearing plates until everyone has finished eating!
Delicious, authentic and fresh food. Extremely friendly staff (even allowed me to purchase some cheese from the kitchen!), beautiful aesthetics, lovely atmosphere and ambience. Takes us right back to Puglia...!
Fantastic neighbourhood restaurant - excellent service and food. Great interior design and atmosphere. Sit outside for more atmosphere with twinkly lights, inside has a lovely family kitchen feel when dining.
Very average quality of food, long wait for it on Friday night. Atmosphere nice however smoking is allowed on outside tables which is very very bad The cigarette smoke gets into restaurant if you seat next to the window which is normally open and it can really spoil your meal,it did to mine.Quite expensive.Service ok but nothing more than that. Will not return.
Lovely Italian - great food and atmosphere..
Great Good -good atmosphere and very friendly staff
Unfortunately not a good experience at all. The space has potential however the food was bad, service average and the chef sent a terrible sauce out 3 times.
Fabulous staff and great staff We love local so hope to become regulars! Xx
Fabulous food. Amazing ingredients. Traditional Italian food at it’s best - simple and delicious. Will be coming back for sure!
There are no vegan and very limited vegetarian options. None of your cheeses are vegetarian so it rules out many of the vegetarian options. In this day and age this needs to be considered. Service was great!
A lovely evening and very helpful staff
There’s been a significant deterioration in food quality compared to a couple of years ago. While the starters (croquettes and squid fritti) were decent, the pastas (which took about an hour to arrive) were bland and tasteless. It was extremely disappointing, as we had been looking forward to this meal. Service was pretty pedestrian as well - in addition to the delay in the main course, there was very little attention being paid to tables - (partly) explainable by how crowded it was and how understaffed they are in comparison. All in all, a disappointing experience.
Very nice spot!
Lovely settings and great service!
Amazing! It always makes me feel home!
A really good lunch. Excellent food, chilled wine and friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyable.
Lovely evening meal but outside chairs very uncomfortable.
