Food was simple but nice, however was overpriced. Restaurant was empty the entire time we were there, so not much atmosphere. Staff were lovely and on to it.
We enjoyed our delicious dinner. The service was very good. My salmon was excellent. I loved the vegetables which were prepared perfectly. My husband’s venison was good but was a bit dry. The vegetables and presentation were excellent, however.
Gorgeous food! Lovely service! Odd music choices which just gave us something to talk about :D
The name in OOpen pasta & grill, with no pasta on the menu. I ordered a medium steak which came out rare and cold, I complained and by the time someone had come back about it I had eaten the rest of the food so too late really. Waiting for about 20/30 min and no one came back near us re dessert. Was expecting a lot more.
Had a lovely dinner last night - staff were delightful and the food delicious. The dining room is a bit stark and lacked a bit of 'warmth' but all in all a great experience.
Food, drinks and service are very impressive. Staff is really friendly!! <3 Only a fly was annoying me at the corner..

A wonderful night. Great service, nice intimate atmosphere and attentive and welcoming staff. Food was great with large portions. Highly recommended.
Was highly disappointed in the food due to the price point of this restaurant, very glad to have only been paying 50% of the final bill.
The service was lovely, thank you to the serving staff who were very pleasant. The restaurant was completely empty when I got there which was a bit disconcerting but might have been due to my early dining time. Most disappointing was the menu which was completely different to that which is advertised on the hotel website, with far fewer options. I was very much looking forward to the assiette of salmon and the risotto that is advertised online, but neither of these options were on the very reduced looking menu.
Very disappointed as we were given a completely different menu than the one on the hotel website.Lamb was over cooked and grey. Potato croquettes were frozen ones and were over cooked too . The tastiest thing was the jus but not enough on the plate .
In cut short, very poor experience. I've waited 15 mins to be served at the hotel reception just to ask a request where and how I could reach the restaurant. Once I managed to reach the site, I was told my booking isn't in their system, although booking confirmation email is received and am even writing this feedback for automated booking experience feedback request. The menu shown at the table completely differs to the online menu, and response from a staff member for this reason was a laugh and "It's been changed". What surprised me the most is that there was only a single choice of pasta on the new menu for a restaurant that has 'Pasta' in its name. I was eventually told I can only leave when managers approves due to reservation what wasn't even in their system. Not so relevant, but I was very disappointed as this was going to be the very first visit after signed up for Accor Plus membership.
Hidden away up off the street. It did have a hotel vibe being in the hotel, but not a bad thing. Friendly and professional service and yummy food.
Food was delicious and was well timed
Food and drink nice but we were put into a corner table away from all the other tables our waitress jackie seemed like she would rather be anywhere else than work fair enough it was a public holiday but just ruined our nice night out just seemed very unhappy i hope her night got better

Great service. The only thing was lack of choice for pasta dishes otherwise enjoyed the evening dining on the balcony on such a warm night.
Oopen is not very well sign posted. There is nothing on the ground floor outside to say the restaurant is on the 1st floor there is not even a Oopen sign on the Ibis Hotel front door.
