Food was delicious and value for money. We requested for baby chair a few times but it never came. But small issue as the staff were generally attentive.
Restaurant was very cozy and food pricing are affordable. Will visit again. :)
Service staff are friendly.
Find it expensive on drinks because the mocktails and smoothies really need to improve . The mee goreng has too much msg that make me thirsty whole evening. The pastas are good.
Ordered Fish & Chips, Chicken Steak, Pizza and Pasta. Just average but the chocalate cake was great and service staff was very helpful.
The staff are attentive. The new goreng a but oily. The Apple crumble is unique. A suggestion to have the apple warm instead of cold. Warm apple with crumbles and an ice cream. It think it would be better.

We went to Oopen Pasta and Grill for our Christmas Eve Dinner utilizing the Fave discount coupon. We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 pastas and 2 Cajun Chicken. The pizza and pasta had a doughy taste probably cause it was still a little undercooked? The Cajun Chicken was average.

I have lunch here many times already partly due to my accor membership and also the value set lunch I also like the helpful and friendly service of Jolin, who usually attends to us.

We went earlier than the reserved time, around 6.30pm. The restaurant was empty except for one other table of four. We expected service to be fast, but it was terrible. Each one of our meal was served in intervals of 10 min. The kid's meal was served last, and I had to share my food with my daughter (the kid) because she had waited long and was very hungry. Other guests were served before we were completely served even though our order was placed much earlier.
