Good Food and service
Service needs to improve....needs to be more faster. Considering the cost each dish portions need to increase a little.
I wouldn't mind if i get a table right next to the beach!
Nice dining place for all age group
We had gone for my father's birthday celebration and they made it truly special for us.
The decor is done nicely. The staff are very warm and welcoming. They value feedback of customer so they take feedback after every food item served. Enjoyed dining here. Please keep up the great work.
One of the worst experience. I will start with cons as there are not any pros 1) I had made reservation but when I reached, there was noone at the reception. Had to call a waiter and then he took another 5 mins to arrange table for me. 2) service was slow, had ordered for soup (minestrone) and starter (arabitta cheese balls). Starter came after almost 20 mins and soup came after 30 mins. Had hoped that being rated 5* restaurant they would had taken care of sequence. 3) For main course had ordered pasta, but it was totally bland with no salt or sauces or spices. Though they made another (which was better) but just wished we wud had not ordered pasta. Table next to us was also facing similar.problem. 4) Place was just chaotic. There was small party (6 adults and 6 children) which initially was going smooth. But soon it turned into chaos as all the children sat on the floor next to our table far from their parents and started playing Lego (with all Lego pieces flying around) and started making lots of noise. Unfortunately host of the party was a mannerless self proclaimed celebrity chef (whose name to fame is that he was once a judge of cooking reality show) and thus none of the staff bothered to request them to stop kids from converting a high end Italian restaurant to playschool. Many property managers visited the restuarant and were shocked to see the sight but none had any courtesy to request the parents to control their children given the celebrity chef. My 1.5 star is just for the fact that it is part of Novotel. Otherwise no way I would be going there again. Especially cannot go there thinking that it's a high-end Italian restaurant where one can enjoy peaceful romantic dinner with partner.
We spoilt our evening.I was treating my friends on one friend's 25th anniversary. Lousy service. Aircons were not working. Food quality was absolutely ordinary. Will never visit again. Wish you will improve after reading this feedback.
