Another wonderful afternoon spent in a very special place ohmeohmy never disappoints. Love the new autumn afternoon tea, and the new teas also.
Not our first visit will deffinatly not be our last!
The booking was easy and communication was both professional and friendly. We were pleased to find the restaurant had put a "happy anniversary' message on our reserved table and the inside of the venue had been decorated in a sympathetic nature to the history of the building. A waitress was soon at our table to talk us through the selection of teas available which was varied and allowed us to try unusual teas which were surprisingly tasty. We had a glass of fizz as it was a special occasion and were soon presented wirh our beautiful afternoon tea. Sandwiches and cakes were all lovely and fresh and the blackberry scones were amazing, as was the orange creme brulee! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely be coming back. Only grumble was the assumption about the charity donation with the opt out option which always makes me feel awkward - I feel it should be an opt-in rather than request to opt out to avoid awkwardness at the time of paying the bill.
We enjoyed our afternoon tea for my family get together. It felt very relaxed, and the service was fantastic. We had the chance to try lots of different teas and feel it offered excellent value for money. I love that you get to take your left over cakes home - we simply couldn't eat them all in one sitting! Would highly recommend.
Such a lovely eclectic atmosphere accompanied by warm friendly service. The generous autumnal afternoon tea was beautifully presented and tasted divine. There is a gorgeous selection of loose leaf teas of which I tried the champagne and cassis which wasn't to strong and had a lovely elegant taste.I have been before and I will return again.
One of the best afternoon teas I’ve had. Lots of food which was all gorgeous. Selection of teas also really good. Staff were helpful and didn’t rush us, will definitely be back.
Been to many afternoon teas but this was by far the best, with a mix of the service, the selection and atmosphere!
Fabulous service and even cater for children.
If you looking for something a bit special and feeling like a real treat.... the afternoon tea is superb.
Really lovely space - friendly staff, soothing music and good food. Thank you! :)
I took my partner here for an afternoon tea and it was simply gorgeous and the new autumn afternoon tea was really delicious. The Creme Brulee was to die for! We were so well looked after, the staff was so attentive and the ambience and music was just perfect....what a beautiful place. Our anniversary brownie, which the restaurant did as a suprise for my partner was such a lovely touch. Thank you so very much for making it a special treat, we will definitely be back when we next visit Liverpool. Thank you so much....a visit here is fully recommended.
All the staff where really friendly and it is the perfect setting for an afternoon tea.
Lovely afternoon tea and great atmosphere.
The location and ambience in the room were excellent along with the roof top patio. Service was very good and friendly. The only thing I would change is the ratio of sandwiches to desserts. A few more sandwiches and a few less sweets would balance the overall meal. But a terrific experience overall at a very fair price point.
Beautiful surrounding, lovely food and good service, would highly recommend.
Lovely afternoon tea with great service. We will definitely return
it was great, all of it the food, atmosphere, service and value for money. One of the best afternoon teas, we have had - better than Hilton hotel, bold hotel and the Shankly hotel liverpool. We were all made up with Oh Me Oh My !! Thank you, once again. xx : ) xx
I booked afternoon tea at Oh me Oh my for a "Hen Party" lunch for my friend at work who is getting married this week. It was her last day in the office before she went off so wanted to make it special and it was just that! The venue, the décor everything was absolutely perfect. We was only there for 90 minutes as we came during our lunch break but it was the best afternoon tea I have ever had and others said the same, there was 17 of us and not one person complained or didn't enjoy it. Literally could not have picked a better venue. Thanks for accommodating our vegetarians and someone with an allergy in out party too. The staff literally couldn't do enough for us and I am so grateful to all of you. Thanks for making it so enjoyable, the service, the décor, the atmosphere, the afternoon tea.... JUST WOW! xxx
Thank you so much to Alison and tea, We all had a great time and are looking forward to our next visit.
Wow, I visited for a birthday treat for a friend and she was blown away by the whole experience. Everything was wonderful especially the service which was very attentive (despite how busy staff where with a huge hen party) and made her feel special. Capped off with drinks on the roof garden with wonderful views it was a really enjoyable day, thank you. Pat
Went here for an anniversary lunch and was very disappointed when the bill came because the website falsely advertises a different price. There MUST be an indication of price per person (PP) otherwise this is illegal advertising. Also the flies were very annoying. Apart from this, we enjoyed our time here.
Our waiter (didn’t catch his name - dark hair, glasses and a Scouse accent) was so lovely and great. Very knowledgeable about everything, took his time chatting to us and was really friendly and polite. The tea and the food was great. A bit too much for us but the staff provided us with some takeout boxes. Overall really good experience ending in a visit to the rooftop garden.
I made a reservation for a table at your restaurant for 12 noon on Tuesday 10th September. I was accompanied with my best friend and her husband. It was their 38th Wedding Anniversary on 5th September. We had a lovely time there. The sandwiches, cakes, pastries, different types of teas and drinks were delicious. The young man who served us and explained all the different types of teas and food was very friendly and professional. First Class Customer Service Skills - he was brilliant and made us very comfortable during time there. I will definitely come back soon and recommend the restaurant to my friends and family.
