Good food at a good price
Most amazing food, staff were super attentive and friendly. Everything was fast and tasted delicious, also loved the extended offer! Thankyou
I’ve never left a review on a restaurant before but I’ve made a particular effort for this one. We visited for dinner myself, my partner and my toddler. We were shown our table straight away, brought a high chair immediately, ordered straight away and was brought our starters really quickly which were very nice. But whilst the food was great the service was what really made the night. One of the waiters interacted with our daughter and everything was prompt and delicious. we had put our daughters meal on her own plastic plate (as china plates are normally a little hot) and once she had finished one of the waiters took her plate and fork and washed it! They offered and I said oh no if you wouldn’t mind scraping it that would be amazing but we don’t expect you to wash it up but they did so regardless! Then we ordered dessert right after we finished but by then the restaurant had started to be fill up and was quite busy. My daughter started fussing and it became clear she had had enough and was ready for bed. The dessert took a bit of time to come (if our daughter hadn’t been fussing it would have been a perfectly acceptable time) however we asked one of the lovely waiters if we could cancel the dessert if it hadn’t been started or if it had asked if we could box it up but we really needed to go. The waiter took to the kitchen and returned promptly with our dessert and apologised profusely and brought me the bill as requested straight away. Then the original waiter who had taken our order for dessert came over and apologised again for the delay and explained that the kitchen was very busy. I apologised to him and explained that there was no complaint at all it was a normal time to wait it was just we needed to get our little one home. The other waiter boxed up our dessert so we could take it home and even offered to get us a bag for the box in the event we didn’t have enough room. I didn’t catch the name of the waiter that went above and beyond but he was lovely (as were all the staff) but he really looked after us and we appreciated it massively. He covered the 19:30 shift and the nearest table to the front door on the 15th September 2020. What a great family restaurant. Also the kids portions was generous and we all had plenty to eat! Would definitely recommend to anyone especially if they have a young family.
Fantastic food and fantastic service! Throughly enjoyed our meal!
Staff were very attentive and food was delicious!
Great food, brilliant staff
Although a small variety of pasta dishes available on the menu, there was nothing that seemed mouth watering just by reading it. The Chicken Alfredo pasta dish was beyond disappointing- lacked flavour and the 3 rather chicken pieces found on my plate was hard in texture and looked about 5 days old in appearance. Cocktails were not satisfactory in the slightest, a mojito that basically looked like water with some mint leaves and a couple slices of lime. Negroni could have added some soda or at least display in a more appealing glass.
We came for lunch here yesterday, we had to send back 2 meals which were inedible. The pizza had a river of water and oil through the middle, the dough was vile to say the least. The waiting staff were really friendly especially our server who was a bald gentleman, he was so kind and understanding. When we had to send the second dish back and ask to leave the manager was sent over. Instead of asking what our issue was or any kind of empathy, I was just told I still had to pay. My issue was not about paying, it was the disgusting food. We were then belittled and told this is how food is cooked in Italy. We had been to Italy before, I’m aware of how it is cooked and it is not uncooked, raw, watery and stomach churning. In the end our desire to get out of the building was too much and I had to pay for the dishes we did not eat simply to get as far out of the building as we could. Lack of customer service from the manager was incredible, sadly I have been a restaurant and bar manager for many years and that is NOT how you treat a paying (regrettably) customer. I would request my refund and further contact but I won’t hold my breathe on this. I also don’t want my intelligence insulted further. Such a shame, we will categorically never be returning to this establishment again.
We had an amazing meal here, the service was amazing!
I was Brought the wrong pizza twice , and they tried to charge for extras on the bill, I never even ordered . Waiter had no idea what the ingredients of each pizza were as I didn’t either due to no translation subscript & abbreviations I’ve never seen before ! No first check to see how the food was after it was delivered . Also no apologies for the wrong bill , just a ‘oh we must of got your table mixed up’ Overall not a great experience would not return.
We had a lovely time - the food was great and the staff were lovely and helpful. The only comment would be that the food didn’t all come out together (maybe a starter was forgotten?) but this didn’t affect our enjoyment.
Nice venue and lovely food but some of the tables were not quite two metres apart which made social distancing difficult once it got busy. The table service also started off really well but then we were forgotten about.
Our second visit in only two weeks. Love the home cooked feel of the food. Staff are brilliant! Just wish you heated the plates before serving the food. See you soon.
Excellent place if you want to eat AUTHENTIC Napoleatan pizza and pasta (I am Italian, I know ;-)) relaxing vibe and honest prices, I will be back!
Very friendly and attentive staff.
The restaurant was really busy, but the staff were friendly and efficient and we didn't have to wait long for the meal. Food was delicious. Vegan options were welcome.
The food was great. Great value for money and the service was second to none. Well done Nuposto!!
The best pizza I have ever tasted. The staff where friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Brighton.
Easy to book online, lovely staff and the food was brilliant and quick !
Upon arrival we were shown to a table, and after 15 minutes we were still waiting for someone to offer us a drink. The restaurant was very quiet, and there were a lot of staff around. They all seemed to be going out of their way to avoid eye contact. So after waiting 15 mins we left.
Bar man made the best espresso Martinis! :) Food was lovely and the atmosphere was very cool! Great variety of options on drinks and food menu. Would100% recommend!
Amazing place with excelente food! We had a GF pizza and believe me, the pizza bread is absolutely amazing!!! Couldn’t ask for better place to sit down and have an amazing dinner! I would definitely come back!
Second time going, really tasty food and great service, average price and would definitely go again
