About Niu, The Podium
Niu (which means “nine” in the Viking language) is the sixth installation of the Vikings group after its arrival in the Philippines way back in 2011. Established at the lavish atmosphere of SM Aura in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Niu stands out with its huge and decorative space along with its massively wide variety of international and local cuisines. Niu understands that Filipinos are excited for new flavors hence the commitment of bringing the finest dishes from all over the world. Guests can take the pleasure of appreciating delicious food while being in an ambience full of grandeur and comfort.
Niu takes pride in itself with having only the best. Despite being the most recent branch off from the Vikings Group, Niu is distinctly different just like how each Vikings branch is different amongst each other. With its carefully hand-picked selection of chefs, employees & staff who dedicate their excellent service, there is no wonder that Niu will definitely take its guests on an evolved dining experience.
The service was excellent! I think the only thing that I don't like is the small selection of food, compare to Vikings in Moa.
They ran out of Foie Gras Ravioli at 8pm ;(
Great quality buffet spread, awesome drinks selection and nice and friendly staff
We really enjoyed our experience. We came on a birthday, so we feel the quality was excellent. We were seated at a two-person table by the window, which I felt was a little too close to the table beside us. I definitely appreciated the quality of the meats and we noticed the effort that was put into keeping things clean....very nice.
Ambiance, food and service are great.. Will comeback and recommend NIU to my friends..
Good food and good venue. We booked 60+ seats for an event. Pre-event service went well. However, during the event itself, service was a bit unreliable, some things we requested did not arrive or was sent to other tables. We often had to repeat our requests since the servers forgot (maybe due to the amount of people in the reserved area). Also, the projector we borrowed kept turning off, the socket was a bit loose - we also told the staff about it. We understand NIU Podium is still on soft opening so there's still room for improvement. Would still recommend.
