Gemma was an amazing waitress, so prompt, friendly and professional! Best chicken parmi i've ever had and the garlic bread was amazing. My partner was disappointed however as his steak (he asked for rare) was not even slightly pink. He did say it was still very juicy though thanks to a thick cut of meat, but considering the price of it he was not happy. Would visit again though.
The breakfast was a bit of a let down arrived at 9.45 and they started taking everything away at 10am without asking us if we wanted anything before the took it away so very expensive for 15 minutes. On the other hand had dinner twice and it was lovely both nights
Beautiful Rib eye steak. Friendly and casual dining.
We often come here for dinner, the staff are ALWAYS so nice and helpful. We have yet to have a bad experience.
Good widweek meal.
Services was bad we waited a long time just for drinks We ordered food straight away and even waited a while for that. We explained we where going to a concert and we booked for 630 pm so we would have time to eat and have a few drinks . But it was very rushed and did not enjoy are meal with rushing
What a wonderful meal very easy to access , had a wonderful selection of food and drink very helpful staff would certainly see me agsin
We dined as a group of six people. Each one of us commented on how lovely our meals were. The staff were incredibly attentive and very approachable and shared in some laughter with our table, which made for a very enjoyable night. Thank you to everyone who worked on that evening. Would definitely return.
Good food, friendly service and pleasant atmosphere we will be returning.
Was an enjoyable family dinner.
The staff are very friendly however the food took a bit too long to come out, but apart from that I would go again.
It’s a Basic Breakfast but still satisfied Price still worth Cheers
I did the booking on line but no booking record with the staff, plenty of tables available any how.
Staff were very friendly, food was excellent !
Rated on buffet breakfeast. Needs to be more staff in the dinning area and one dedicated to desk. I showed my card Accor upon entering but easily could have walked out without paying. How often this must happen. No everyone there has a room. Breakfast was Okay - Sausages too many been sitting too long which made hard, Croissant she offered to warm but if she wasn't there it would have been cold doughy croissant which it was as i insisted she not take my one croissant to the kitchen. There was no toaster for this as said would burn in other.I had the last coffee mug but probably need more mugs. One gentleman commented to me no coffee mugs. Pinnapple nice but other selection of fruit very boring bowls of tin looking - just uninspired. Just lacked breakfast yummy wow.
An enjoyable meal which was great value. Excellent service - prompt, friendly and professional.
Perfect early dinner before the theatre.
Other than the fact that we booked online and the restaurant had no record of our booking, we really enjoyed our meal. Service was attentive and staff were friendly. The food was plentiful and tasty. It was also a pleasant place to be on a cold night, watching the world go by.
Steaks were delicious and drinks were reasonably priced. Having a few specials dishes on the busier days would be a good idea to prop up a pretty standard pub style menu.
We had our booking confirmed and then on the day we went confirmed again but on arriving at the restaurant they had no booking showing.
