About Mud Dock Cycleworks and Café
Mud Dock Café
Whether you come to Mud Dock Café for morning coffee, a leisurely lunch, afternoon tapas or a romantic dinner, we promise a relaxed atmosphere, unrivalled views of Bristol’s harbourside, and – of course – fabulous food and drink.
Food was a big letdown, pancakes were burnt and tiny and the shakshuka wasn’t even shakshuka - fried egg not poached, no feta, only one small piece of toast
Fantastic location overlooking the docks and great interior decor
Great food awful service. Really slow and staff were inattentive. Note there is a large flight of stairs no disabled access or lift for prams
The food was delicious and I loved the decor and atmosphere! The staff were super friendly too, which makes all the difference!
We had a full english breakfast, eggs benedict, freshly squeezed orange juice and two coffees. All delicious. Great service.
Very spacious with high ceilings so it felt very safe during covid times :-)
Great service , really lovely girl who was kind to our dog. Good food. Not to mention a lovely view of the river.
Both my friend and I really enjoyed our meals, healthy and tasty!! Friendly service and a safe environment.
excellent menu and high standard food
Thanks for a great venue for a relaxed meeting.
Absolutely delicious fry-up!
We had a really enjoyable lunch. We had delicious burgers, a pork dish from the specials board and pasta sauce from the children’s menu. The food was well presented, delicious and good value. The service was prompt and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We also felt you are managing the covid regulations well and we all felt safe. Thanks for an enjoyable lunch.
An excellent meal and it felt very safe. My partner said that it was the best steak & frites he had eaten outside France, Thank you
Chicken sharwana is amazing
Please could you amend your menu. At the moment the options are Regular Espresso and Large Espresso. I didn't know what a large espresso was (twice as much coffee and twice as much water, same amount of coffee and twice as much water, or same amount of water and twice as much coffee?). It turned out be the last of these and was listed on the bill as a double espresso which is what it was. Could it also say that on the menu, rather than "large". As the waitress pointed out, a "large espresso" ( small amount of coffee with extra water) is called an Americano. I expect you think I'm mad...
Delicious burgers and great coffee!
Excellent food, great staff.
Food was really good. Friendly service and although reservation said we had to be out by a certain time they didn't hurry us and let us stay longer and then politely asked us to leave when they really did need the table.
Great atmosphere, food and service
Really great venue - delicious food and excellent service
All good. I got a bad belly after breakfast, I think may just be me not being used to eating mushrooms as it was the first time I had them. Can’t think why else. Would be good to get some hashbrowns on the menu or maybe black pudding too
Was pretty cold in there! Disappointing to see a lovely specials board.... but only on our way out! Waitress didn’t mention it sadly.
Really nice food but we were seated next to the specials board and people were hovering over our table to try and see it. They were not wearing masks and we felt it was too close
Great breakfast very well organised with regards to COVID would definitely recommend
