Mozaic is open 7 days a week. Our operational hours are from 6pm onwards. The first reservation is accepted at 5.45pm and the last reservation is at 9.45pm. In order to guarantee all of our guests a fine dining experience, Mozaic is sorry to inform its guests that access to the restaurant is limited to children of 12 years of age or older.

Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique offers four 6-course tasting menus A Discovery Menu: The Discovery Menu focuses on fresh seasonal Indonesian ingredients and flavors prepared with Western techniques of preparation and presentation. A Chef’s Tasting Menu: This menu features Mozaic’s cuisine. This menu changes regularly since our chef creates new dishes depending on the ingredients he receives from the market. A Surprise Menu: The Surprise Menu is based on the customers likes and dislikes, Mozaic’s chef will prepare six surprise dishes compossed of only the finest, rarest and most precious ingredients found in the world such as caviar, foie gras, truffles, baby lamb, etc… This menu is Mozaic’s signature culinary feast and has found Mozaic’s team to be awarded mentions and accolades. It is a true culinary experience. A Vegetarian Menu: The Vegetarian Manu is composed of fresh seasonal ingredients, fresh homemade pasta or gnocchi, baked phyllo pastry which also incorporates the finest, rarest and most precious ingredients found in the world such as Truffles, wild mushroom, fresh French cheeses, etc… with Mozaic’s special touch of culinary excitement and experience, vegetarian style.
The food was wonderful with so much attention to detail however I think the corkage charge for BYO of 250,000 rp was very expensive and given the cost of the food I believe water could be provided.
First time in Bali and first time at Mozaic Restaurant. This table was recommended by one of our friend who did enjoy this dining experience few months ago. Everything was fine, the food was great and very original, and the atmosphere for dining, magic. It is based on the principal of Fusion between the Balinese local materials and the modern gastronomy of a star chief! It was and it is a the level of our expectations, we use to visit gastronomic restaurant and we have small experience in good table. This a place if you want to impress your sweetheart and or ask her to marry you :). Any time we go again in Bali, it will be one of our must stop. Congratulations to the chief and the team, and take it further.

Every dish was exquisitely prepared and presented. Each course, tasted better than it looked. The garden dining area is one of the most beautiful in which we have eaten anywhere in the world.
