the food is so excellent and well presented and delicious. The steak and red wine jus was the best ive had. the Bomb Alaska was great. they were understaffed on the day. thats not their fault. they did a good job considering.... the restaurant for lunch needed some pop of colour as it is a grey themed decor on a grey rainy day. i felt flowers or wall colour or plants would of brightened up the mood

Contemporary bar and grill serving sandwiches and grilled items. The tomahawk steak serves two. Good selection of wine. Friendly but efficient service. Al fresco seating available.

Lovely waitering staff. Very unfriendly bar attendant. Expect alot more on my plate for an $18 burger however was yummy and an all round great night.

Great food but sadly too often let down by cold inattentive service incongruous with the Pullman label.

We prepaid for the meal when we booked our hotel room however none of the staff were of aware of the option and what it included. This led to delays in ordering our meals, which also took a long time to be delivered to our table. When I received my chicken dish it was extremely over cooked/dry so I asked for a new one. The replacement meal however, was cooked to perfection, although I was now eating this well after my wife's meal had been delivered.

We have enjoyed two meals at Mobius and will definitely return. We are from Newcastle therefore only dining prior to a flight next day but of all the restaurants in the airport hotels Mobius is streets ahead in food and wine quality. The staff are excellent and service is prompt.

Twice I have visited the Pullman hotels the one in Hyde park the other at Sydney airport both terrible experience, firstly the one at Hyde park says they have a restaurant but it doesn't when you arrive it is intact a cafe with frozen burgers that I never even managed to eat. The Pullman at Sydney airport was just as bad everything I ordered was not hot it had slight heat to it I orders the 100g beef tenderloin which had no taste and was cold my partner orders the 200g beef tenderloins which came in two 100g steaks which we again cold and over cooked I would not eat or stay in any Pullman now because of my experience and will be taking my money elsewhere

I can't speak for Hyde Park, however, we use a beautiful Wagyu blend of beef for our burgers from a local butcher. I am sorry you had a cold meal when you visited us, and I can understand your disappointment. I have made a change to the way we are serving our large size steaks, and ensuring food is the correct temperature. Again, please accept my apologies we got it wrong for you when you visited. Thank you, we enjoyed our work Christmas dinner there had a lovely time. The lovely, professional maître d' was so helpful especially as we asked to move tables and they re-set it all! We loved the unexpected touch of the bonbons which added to the well presented dinner setting. The food, the service was great, well cooked and presented although I believe the sauces could have been better. Think the only negative was that salad/ vegetable with main would have been really good.

Very nice atmosphere, design and layout. Staff very friendly however some not attentive enough to look after tables with water or refreshments. Food did take longer than expected but of an above average standard. I was expecting more given the Pullman brand. Main reason for choosing this Pullman was the head chef who was not to be seen and the kitchen looked confused most of the time. Seemed to be regular confusion in the kitchen where waiting staff and kitchen staff would be hovering and discussing what seemed like errors. Tips would be to ensure a quality head chef is noticeable at all times and whilst the chairs look nice they are very impractical and uncomfortable. I would not recommend coming for just the food.

Good hotel by domestic airport to relax and have good food and service
We had salt and pepper squid which more felt like something from packaged product, maybe it was the bottled sweet chilli sauce. Also we had the cheeseburger which was quite terrible as the meat patty was really small and really dry!! The highlight of the night would the "duck duck pork" as the meat was really tender and juicy!!
Great food but service a bit slow at times a very noisy restaurant. When we were there one of the Chef's was pounding meat/chicken and the noise was very loud and a bit annoying.
I have dined several times at the Mobius and have not been disappointed. The sharing plates are excellent especially the slow cooked lamb shoulder and the Cape Grim Rib eye steak. Mouth watering. The service was excellent.
Excellent service, lovely staff! We both had beef tenderloin 200g and we were served two little separate 100g pieces unevenly cooked. Mine were supposed to be medium but ended up with one well done and the other medium well, my partners two little steaks were both well done instead of medium well. Very hard to justify the price tag. Again, staff excellent and caring 10/10 for the staff but inconsistency from the kitchen.
Nous avons passés 2 nuits au PULLMAN SYDNEY AIRPORT (une le 10 septembre et une autre le 14 septembre) et avons dînés 2 fois au restaurant. Nous avons été déçus par rapport à l'année dernière. En effet pour la deuxième nuit nous avions fais une réservation pour le dîner et nous avons du attendre près de 30 mn pour avoir une table. Après au niveau cuisine, les repas ont été trés lents à être servi . Nous espérons que ce problème n'est été que ponctuel car ce serait dommage de perdre la qualité que nous avions eu en 2016.
