Actually, disappointed. Some dishes are top prices but served in a simple, cold setting, where nothing reflects the style a Pullman should have, according to me. The service is not good. Amateuristic. Felt like being served by first-week students of a hotel school, 'My' being the only one making a difference. Guys, match the style and the service to your prices - and don't forget you're a Pullman. Food was ok, but the experience made everything underwhelming. Elsewhere within the Accor chain, things are done much better.
Service and ambience was excellent, food was ok, location great
Food was really plain. No flavour and very over priced! We dine out 4-5 days per week. This is not a venue I would return to!
We were not offered drinks and had to ask for them. Food service was quick and efficient. We asked for and were told we had the high table but were seated at the low tables. I was not first to arrive so this may have been our 'fault'.
Business meeting lunch, delicious food, changing menu keeps things interesting.
Relaxed service from the waiters, food was very good.

Perfectly cooked meat
It was ok, advised it was our anniversary so we’re given a window seat but nothing else done to make the night special. Service was a bit slow. Overall it was just OK

the food is so excellent and well presented and delicious. The steak and red wine jus was the best ive had. the Bomb Alaska was great. they were understaffed on the day. thats not their fault. they did a good job considering.... the restaurant for lunch needed some pop of colour as it is a grey themed decor on a grey rainy day. i felt flowers or wall colour or plants would of brightened up the mood

Contemporary bar and grill serving sandwiches and grilled items. The tomahawk steak serves two. Good selection of wine. Friendly but efficient service. Al fresco seating available.

Lovely waitering staff. Very unfriendly bar attendant. Expect alot more on my plate for an $18 burger however was yummy and an all round great night.

Great food but sadly too often let down by cold inattentive service incongruous with the Pullman label.

We prepaid for the meal when we booked our hotel room however none of the staff were of aware of the option and what it included. This led to delays in ordering our meals, which also took a long time to be delivered to our table. When I received my chicken dish it was extremely over cooked/dry so I asked for a new one. The replacement meal however, was cooked to perfection, although I was now eating this well after my wife's meal had been delivered.
