My partner and I had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary, The food was amazing and we both really enjoyed it. We will def be back again.
Marcel did an excellent job and master sushi 🍣 maker, definitely will recommend and
Great meal and service as always.
A fantastic experience.
Had a great dinner. Staff were amazing, went above and beyond. Will definitely be back in future
The staff and food were amazing , thank you
We booked a table 2 days before our dinner and confirmed it on the day. Table was booked for 7pm, at 6.55 I ring and said we were running a bit late but would be there by 7.15. When we turned up we were told our table had been given to someone else and we’d have to sit at the sushi bar. This was not an option for our part of 4. We were told we could have a drink at the bar and they would come get us when table was available in half an hour. Very dissapointing and we will not return now or recommend it to anyone.
Maybe on cold evenings let the blinds down to keep the warmth in ... it was quite cool. But had a lovely time and would certainly recommend the experience.
Been a while since I dined here and it's really not what it used to be. Fairly expensive (which I knew..but it was special occassion)...but for this price is would expect exceptional service and frankly it was poor. Drink orders wrong and then after the first round no one came to ask if we wanted more (which we did). You probably lost it on $50 worth of drinks tonight. What a shame. I left disappointed by the whole experience.
The waitress tried to take our food order before asking if we would like something to drink. We were sat under the air conditioning and had cold air blowing directly on us in the middle of winter. It took an hour before we received our mains but the waitress served one of our mains to another table. So we waited another 15 minutes before my partner got his main. The food was good but it wasn't at the level of the likes of Hopgoods or Ford's and yet the meal cost half as much more as we generally spend at one of those mentioned restaurants. We definitely won't revisit and won't recommend to others.
I have been to the Miyazu quite a few times over the years, last nights visit was really not up to scratch, the teppan chef wasn't as polished as they should, the tempura entree was cold, the wait staff seemed young and inexperienced, they didn't take our drink orders until I went and found someone, overall a disappointing visit
Amazing service, amazing people good its cooked to perfection. Nothing bad to say at all about my whole experience
Lovely meal thanks
Very good service. We had the teppanyaki, very entertaining. Food was lovely. My boyfriend enjoyed his birthday experience there. We booked the first teppanyaki session, we were the only guests on the table, so it was really nice.
The food was fantastic . I couldn't eat it all. I'll be back for sure
Teppanaki should start with Miso soup then rice and meats - your staff did it in reverse and when we queried it they said they were trying a new approach. It totally spoiled the evening because it was not authentic and the Miso should be a palate pleaser at the beginning of the meal. A Japanese or at least Asian chef would be better. It was disappointing overall and I was embarassed to have guests from New York with us.
Big congrats to the new chef he did really well for his first time cooking in front of people.
Great service. Food came out slightly differently to how it was ordered. Good night overall though. Tiffany was excellent!
The only area for improvement would be for the staff to ask if people would like another drink. I had one drink then the empty glass sat in front of me until we left. Apart from that I love it. And the staff were very friendly.
Staff are amazing!
Very underwhelmed by the whole experience, we didn’t get the mixed meat set we ordered. Missing out on the chicken. We left still hungry, would expect a lot more then what we paid for. Would not recommend nor come back again
Had a great time! Please thank Tiffany and Chef Tom. Again, really enjoyed the meal and banter.
Lovely evening at the Tepenyaki grill. Great food and entertainment. The venison was amazing.
Slow service, forgetful staff. 2 star food, 5 star price. Wouldn't visit again.
