食物種類選擇少, 魚生冇魚味.....應該不太新鮮, 另生蠔每次只配給兩兩只太小, 服務有禮熱情!
Very yummy especially the sashimi and the food. I wish there would be more variety of drinks and juices.

1. The restaurant reserved all the indoor area for the guests who bought the valued buffet voucher from travel agency, 大众点評 or 美団. Our seats (2 adults & 2 KIDS) were forced to be arranged OUTDOOR where was SMOKING area and without air-conditioning. It never is my sense and logic to reserve “A INDOOR TABLE “. My feeling was very upset and angry that the guests with the cheap price buffet voucher from the above channels were more respectful and important than any Accor Plus members and the kids. 2. Those guests with cheap price buffet voucher, were crazily starving that the dishes on the buffet table were always empty and the restaurant was not insufficient to refill the food. It iwas very pity! I am regret to join Accor plus memberships, as buying Buffet voucher from travel agency, 大众点評 or 美団 that is really worthy for having cheaper price, good seats, good service and eat more!!
unsatisfied on below items: 1) 2 oysters per request 2) no refill of beef 3) no blue cheese 4) no parma / iberian ham
1. I reserved my table through the internet and got a confirmation. Yet my reservation was not on your book on the day of my visit. I was told internet reservation would not count. 2. I am a member of Accor Plus, and according to a promotional leaflet, Mistral offers ' member and up to 3 people can enjoy the buffet dinner at Mistral restaurant and save 50%'. We were in a party of 3, including myself, but the staffs interpreted it as the offer applies only to a party of 2 or 4, but not 3, which means the offer was not valid for this visit. So up to 3 people means 1 or 3, but not 2. Strange interpretation, first time I have ever heard it. 3. On the positive side, food was okay, and was up to my expectation

So poor of management. We are online booking lunch buffet of 10 person but on list we only have 4 person. Your manager said that our booking is changing by our manual. I want to know we use online booking, also we received your hotel confirmation, how can I changed to add person in confirmation list? We think we have never come and choose this hotel for anything!
I am afraid it must rank as I of the worst buffet we have ever experienced. Never mind about the food, which is bad enough, we have to wait for clean plates as there were none available.
In many occasions, could not locate my bookings which was confirmed at the Table Plus website.... Please improve. Thanks
