One of my absolute favourite places to eat. The food never disappoints and the staff are brilliant (especially Joe). My first choice when entertaining clients. A little extra lighting when choosing from the menu would be nice. Be back soon
Service was great, The food was generous servings and beautiful seafood the flavour was no better than your local Thai which for the cost difference was disappointing
Absolutely fantastic dinner. Only comment is that it was quite loud inside
The food was lovely and the wait staff were very polite and friendly, however they need a little more training in how to deliver food and drinks correctly. On many occasions when bringing food and drinks the staff leant across in front of the customers instead of coming around to the correct side to put down the orders. An easy fix though if they have a bit more training.
Probably the finest restaurant in this city - service and food is marvellous - good value for money and generous portions - lovely
Lovely location, good service, decent food, bit windy out on the deck would be so hot without that breeze :) We have a fabulous night out thank you.
We got the banquet for 2 and they were jamming the food down our throats just to get us out of there. Not happy
Great meal and service
First time at Miss Songs. I enjoyed it very much. Great food .Great service. Good atmosphere. Highly Recommend
Our second visit to Miss Songs and didn’t disappoint. Reserved a booth for a more intimate dining experience, staff always friendly and attentive. Had the calamari (my fav) and duck pancakes yummy! Hubby had his fav Mongolian lamb - always a first class dining experience.
We had a lovely night celebrating a birthday and anniversary. Food was very good except for the Mongolian lamb. The meat was tough and chewy and inedible. We spoke with staff and they removed the lamb from our bill and also spoke to the chef. Thank you Miss Songs - we appreciate your willingness to accept our feedback. We will return again!
Excellent experience overall.
Enjoyable evening and enjoyed sitting outside in the open air breeze blowing gently and not worry about vehicle pollution.
Thank you to your wonderful staff for excellent service.
Very good service and wait staff, it was our first time at the restaurant and it was avery good experience. The banana fritter was absolutely divine!
Everything was great.
Great everything as usual
Always nice food. Feel pricing for value for money wasnt as good as previously as we are frequent diners. Service was slow on drinks. Not sure if this is because I had my family and kids this time. Great spot but wasnt as good as it normally was.
Would not recommend for food intolerance or allergies. Wait staff had difficulty understanding my requirements (gluten, dairy, shellfish) and took over half an hour to return and let me known what I could eat which turned out to be only 2 plain dishes. I put my dietary requirements on the booking. If I had known I would have such a limited selection then I would have cancelled.
It took 55 minutes to get our entree after watching at least 40 people who had ordered after we had get there food before us also our main meal took another 30 minutes after finishing our entree
Too busy not enough staff had to wait. Forgot a meal
Our first time dining in Miss songs and it was an awesome restaurant the food are so delicious the customer service was great. We had an awesome time celebrating my daughter’s 18h birthday. Thanks very much and we will be dining in again soon
Everything was amazing, can't fault the food or service.
I am extremely disappointed with our experience. There were 8 of us celebrating my daughters 21st. At the end of the evening she said she wished we’d gone to Shore House instead. The food was lovely as usual however, on the 2 occasions we ordered drinks. I had to ask someone to serve us and the order was incorrect when it eventually came out. The wait was very long. We would have had at least a couple more rounds of drinks but no one came near us. On all but one occasion, the food was dumped on the table without even advising what it was. Eight people have all stated they have no desire to ever go back. Service makes a or breaks a dining experience. On this occasion, it broke it.
