Very busy Saturday night! Service was quick but not rushed. I would prefer to have a single waitstaff allocated to my table, instead of quite a few for better service. The eggplant was amazing 😋
Great night all round. Thank you!
We could not fault the food - absolutely amazing
Great food, great views, quick and friendly service. Four entrees, 3 mains and a rice was plenty for four. Quite big meals, delicious tender Mongolian lamb and sizzling beef. Lemon chicken crispy and yum.
Great food, and cocktails!
Dined in Miss Songs recently - they were very busy so service a bit slower than usual but food great as usual. Would still highly recommend.
Service was amazing, food was absolutely wonderful (especially the egg plant and the duck pancakes)
Service and food was great - it’s a shame they don’t have doggy bags/take away for food you couldn’t fit in your belly!
Our young waiter was absolutely fabulous, his customer service was lovely, my water was always refilled and he left us wanting for nothing. The meal was fabulous and came out in good time. Very happy and willing definitely be back. Thank you!
We felt a little rushed with our courses arriving very quickly. A short break between each course would have been appreciated.
Very impressed. Portion size was excellent to say the least. The dessert was also to die for. The time from ordering to meal was only 10 mins even though it was a full house! Could not fault this restaurant at all. Please keep our seats warm as we can’t wait to come back.
We had a fantastic time at Miss Songs. Food and service were amazing! Thanks!
The food was amazing. We are never disappointed when we come here.
Celebrated our Anniversary at Miss Songs, food and service were impeccable as per usual.
My wife and I booked a table for our wedding anniversary and from the outset the Service was below par, our servers brought out water and wine glasses twice, once we had ordered our meals the entrees came out 10 minutes apart which meant we ate our meals at separate times, then the main course was served and once again the dishes came out 10 minutes apart which meant the first dishes were cold by the time the second main course was delivered. The pork belly was deep fried strips of pork which was disappointing, the Mongolian lamb was nice but was served in large chunks and couldn’t be eaten without cutlery ( only chopsticks) the fried rice was just boiled rice with a few peas etc chucked in ( very soggy) the seafood was tender but didn’t make up for the other meals. Overall a very average meal and very expensive. The meal was takeaway quality at best.
Hands down, best meals we have had in the "world". Totally rate the service and food!!!
We found that the staff we most friendly and the food came out quickly, no wait for ages
First time we've been. Food was delicious and plentiful. Great atmosphere and staff polite. Will definitely be back!
Peter Zhuang was a delight to deal with. His professional, helpful attitude helped to ensure our reunion dinner was a success.
Food is always great at miss songs
Keep water glasses filled and pay attention to small details, like when dessert was delivered to the table we had no cutlery to eat it with and had to flag someone down to ask for cutlery. Two people were served dessert, 10-15 mins later the rest of the tables's dessert arrived. A meal was forgotten for entrees and my main meal was also forgotten, my guests had almost finished by the time my meal came out. The food was delicious but expensive.
Miss Songs should be in everyone's top 5 places to eat in Townsville.
Great setting, lovely meal, friendly staff.
