About Mini Grill
Beneath street level on Glasgow’s lively Bath Street, Mini Grill is a cosy eatery serving a range of steaks and predominantly Scottish themed dishes.
Close to Charing Cross and along from the Kings Theatre, our venue is in a prime location for a quick bite to eat at lunch, a pre-theatre meal before a show or an elegant dinner. We use only premium grade and ethically sourced local produce.
The staff, food and drink contributed so much to a lovely roast dinner at Mini Grill that I couldn’t do anything other than award five stars to everything.
Haggis was good!
Just can't get away from it, the standard of food is consistently excellent. Ate here Saturday and in Hutchinson's in Merchant city on Sunday. The only advantage Hutchinson's has is the surroundings. On every other count Mini Grill is head and shoulders above. For me nowhere else compares on food and service.
First time dining at the Mini Grill specifically with the 4 in our party all wanting a nice steak. The basement restaturant and its staff didn't disappoint with excellent food and service. Definitely need to book in advance as it is a small restaurant (although expanding upstairs I believe). All the starters were excellent and especially the trio of haggis. Both couples had the chateaubriand and accompanying sauces and sides which were wonderfully cooked, my wife wanted her a bit less raw so it was no trouble to the staff to get it cooked a little bit further. Service from the staff was excellent. Although not grudged, the 10% discretionary service charge for 4 parties of 4 or more should be a choice not compulsory, and in my experience should be for parties of 6 or more. Food and drink prices were as you would expect.
Fantastic meal , couldn’t fault a thing . Great wine , every dish from start to finish were amazing . A real hidden gem of Glasgow . As a chef I’m very hard to please but this meal was superb!!!
We had a brilliant night. Best steak ever and staff were great. Cant wait til i go back.
Second time here as we stay on the east coast of Scotland and were visiting Glasgow for a wee break.Service and food was wonderful as usual. We had a late lunch/early dinner on Monday and the restaurant was quiet. We enjoyed this as the last time we went it was a Sunday lunch and the place was buzzing, that atmosphere was good as well.
Amazing wee place. Best in Glasgow. It's why I keep going back.
Food was excellent, staff extremely friendly.
Staff very nice and welcoming , limited amount of ciders
Food was delicious, staff extraordinarily friendly! Will definitely dine here again next time in Glasgow!
Food fantastic, service good.
I enjoyed every minute of my visit to your restaurant. The only small critic I have was that my plate was cold. Perhaps it's just me but I like a warm plate so my food is warm from start to finish.
really friendly helpful staff!

Hilarious character at the bar, loads of fun. Beautiful fillet steak, if anything a bit too big. My daughter could not finish hers. Chop-smackingly good. Great atmosphere. Lovely lads working there, very humourous. We’ll defo be back!
