Group bookings welcome.
limited menu, but great food. We had fish and burger for our mains both lovely. had to pay extra for 'sides' which was a wee bit disappointing. Overall did not disappoint, would recommend it.
Our first time at Mac and Wild which we found through a meal deal on the fever app. Even though our choices were limited they were all good options and inventive cocktails. Food was delicious and we’ll definitely be back for the full menu next time - the main dessert menu looked amazing! Service was fast, attentive and friendly - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Still the best burger in London. However the menu is overpriced, and service a little too casual.
Sunday roast was delicious - almost as good as Mum’s but with better meat! Will definitely go back. Staff also very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere could be improved by more music - there was some modern pop playing when we first arrived which just didn’t fit.
Amazing food. Great drink. Awesome atmosphere. Our server was fantastic - one of the best I've ever had. Friendly, proactive but wonderfully sarcastic! Can't wait to come back.
This was my second time at Mac & Wild (Fitzrovia) and it was fab once again!
The venison was really tasty and cooked well. It was the first time my housemate had tried venison before and she liked it too. The greens were tasty but the truffle Mac and cheese lacked that strong truffle flavour. Will definitely be coming back!
Where's the tablet? As a huge fan from day one, I was very disappointed when tablet came off the menu. It's not so easy to get south of the border although thankfully EAT do a half decent fudge that's pretty much tablet.
Came recently in a group of 6 1 - Had to send 3 of the breakfast's back to the kitchen as when they first came out they were all cold already. 2 - One member of the group is allergic to gluten & dairy and despite flagging this several times and asking what she could/couldn't eat was unfortunately wrongly advised and was very ill following the meal as a result 3 - Drinks were good...
Good service however, the food was average. The burger was not cooked properly
Great service and fab food
Great service and fab food
The food was awesome as expected, the service was exceptional considering how busy you guys were, professional, competent and polite but with there humour and personality shinning through, well done guys on a great balance!
We enjoyed our meal and the staff were very accommodating. Would definitely come back again.
A lovely restaurant with fantastic food and service
Service was absolutely perfect. Can't remember the waiters name but he was a big guy with a big beard and he was fantastic.
Everything was great. Food was yummy, and service was perfect. Friendly but not intrusive. Couldn't fault it, and great value. Thank you for a lovely time.
hi-I have eaten at your restaurant several times and its been SUPERB. I returned with a pal who hadn't been and sadly due to yesterdays experience we will not return. the venison steak was shocking. it wasn't cooked properly. it was meant to be medium rare and it wasn't even rare. it was tough. the restaurant was under staffed and so the service was poor. the toilets downstairs were dirty. All in all a real let down and NOTHING like past experiences. Shame
Delicious food - delighted with our choice of restaurant. Would certainly recommend to others.
We had a lovely brunch here on holiday from the US. A great way to experience Scottish food in London without feeling too much the tourist!
Incredible meal, and so cool to see where it all came from! Staff were great and made us a 3-person sharing roast on request.
Lovely friendly staff, really amazing food and brilliant bloody marys
Venison burger & steak were amazing (trust the staff and order the steak medium rare even if you normally go for medium / medium well!), friendly staff and nice atmosphere (rusticl, wooden tables are particularly cool).
Great customer service, good banter with the waiters! Very pleasant Lunch!
