About Lucca Enoteca
Lucca has the combined elegance of an Italian Enoteca with the fun bustle of a trattoria. Open daily; Lucca is perfect for a quick snack or drink, a lingering meal, a family night out or a large party.
Handmade Neapolitan-style pizza is quickly baked in our wood-fired oven using fresh local produce and carefully sourced regional Italian ingredients.
The menu also offers a tempting selection of antipasti, pasta, salads and daily specials, including weekend Italian style roasts.
Our all-Italian wine list offers interesting, good value wines that reflect both tradition and typicity and with a fabulous dessert menu and a lively and fun atmosphere, Lucca Enoteca is simply the best Italian restaurant around. We can’t wait to see you!
Please note this is an automated booking system. If you have any specific table requests please call the restaurant directly to check availability or your table will be allocated automatically subject to availability.
Good food & friendly staff helped us to celebrate our sons birthday.
I come here every year for my birthday and I’m never disappointed. The waitress was really friendly and had a laugh with us. I’ll be back soon!
I had heard good things about Lucca, however we definitely did not experience this. The service was pretty poor - our service was slow, our drinks were spilled on the way to the table (the beer was replaced but the wine wasn't so the glass wasn't full when it arrived), our waitress slammed water on our table, and when we were ordering she seemed bored and like she couldn't be bothered. The food was ok - we had the meatballs and arrancini to start. The meatballs weren't seasoned at all which was a shame because they could have been tasty. The arrancini were average - but not cooked quite enough to melt the cheese in the middle. We had a pizza and the pasta special for main (the pizza was very authentic, and I enjoyed it a lot), but again, the pasta wasn't seasoned at all so was left bland.
Lovely food as always
Lovely family meal, as always.
Brilliant evening celebrating a family birthday. Attentive staff and great food.
very good quality food and was very good value for money. we had a lovely time
Staff very friendly and attentive however had to wait long time for drinks each time. One of the starters had to be asked for again as forgotten, mains did not arrive all together and two people couldn’t eat theirs due to food being cold and meatballs had gristle and bone in them, that said barman was very attentive to birthday girl making requested cocktails and rest of the party enjoyed their food
It’s 5 stars all round for Lucca. Great food, great atmosphere, great service and great value for money. In my opinion the pizzas are unbeatable. I go to Italy most years and I’ve yet to have a Pizza that matches Lucca!
Superb place to eat and relax.
Excellent first time visit will be going back.
Good food with a n authentic feel
A great Saturday lunch, child friendly for our 3 year old and very good value with friendly staff
Excellent service, amazing food!!!
It’s a shame you appear to have reduced the number of pasta dishes on your menu. I used to love the meat balls. Not everyone likes pizza.
My son and I had a great time catching up over a delicious pasta dish. First visit for me and will be back again soon.
Lovely meal for my wife’s birthday. Excellent food and wine. Value for money excellent.
5 stars as always!
Amazing food, amazing service. Will be back soon!
A REAL FIND - THE QUALITY OF FOOD IS FIRST CLASS - THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY - CANT FAULT IT. SO GOOD GOING BACK ON SATURDAY !!!!!
First visit to Luca after recommended by many friends. Was not disappointed. Very nice birthday meal. Will definitely come back
Lovely food, excellent service
Having visited Luca on many occasions over the years it certainly has become very popular. Our visit last Saturday endorsed this view as we found the upstairs dining area very noisy. The food was very good with the pasta Al dente. The wood fired pizza bases were light which suited the Calzone choice. We will certainly return to this traditional Italian restaurant.
Excellent food, friendly service and great value, as always. I have never had a bad meal at Lucca, and don't expect to any time soon. / One small complaint, the removal of Peroni Gran Reserva from the beer selection. The standard Peroni is virtually tasteless, so please consider reinstating the Gran Riserva.
Had a wonderful evening, great pizza in comfortable surroundings with good service
