The service was outstanding, food delicious and atmosphere lovely. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again
Very pleasant experience, a bit more expense could have been spent on the Christmas crackers!!
Lovely fab afternoon. Staff could not be more attentive. Excellent atmosphere. We will be booking again. Party of 10
A most enjoyable Christmas lunch in relaxing and comfortable surroundings. Will definitely be back.
I bought a fussy group of women with me, but i wanted them to come as i would like to book my wedding reception there in 2021. So wanted them to get a feeling of the place! Some of them wanted more sandwiches, but overall the feedback was good. Everyone enjoyed. Very happy
This venue is a fabulous place and will defiantly be returning in the near future as the staff are really helpful
Lovely treat started Christmas just right will be visiting again
Excellent food and service, staff extremely helpful and friendly.
Definitely not worth the money..felt as if we had the remaining food from the early afternoon sitting. soup was nothing to write home about. Lumps of potatoes in their skins in a juice. xmas dinner nothing special. sprouts were hard. carrots limp. xmas pudding ok. Custard just fell out of the jug not poured out. Chocolate salami was disgusting. It was rock hard
what a wounderfull experience thank you to all your staff 5star
Food was excellent and good value for money. Lovely atmosphere and great service.
We all really enjoyed
Lovely food great location.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Will be back for sure.
We came because of the the tastecard. The food was amazing and the waiter was kind. However due to being night time it was a shame we couldn't see anything out of the big patio windows. We weren't offered to see the drinks menu untill we asked about drinks and then it took a while for the drinks to arrive. The food was spectacular but the downside to our stay was that when we were ready to pay our bill we were waiting for over 10 minutes for someone to take our payment which ment that we had to go to the reception desk to pay as no one was around to pay. Other than that it was a great evening out celebrating our birthdays.
A wonderful afternoon tea our waiter was excellent we were the only guests in the hotel so no atmosphere but the food was fabulous and the service was excellent and staff were so friendly and welcoming
We had afternoon tea for my parent’s wedding anniversary which included a child’s afternoon tea (delightful!). Room was lovely, service was great and the food was delicious! We’ve booked for Sunday lunch with Father Christmas too! Many thanks.
An excellent Sunday lunch, good value and with attentive service from all the staff.
First time visiting Llechwen Hall. Beautiful surrounding, relaxed orangery area having our tea, excellent service and the afternoon tea was very very nice. Only one thing maybe one more sandwich instead of a cake on the menu but we will be back to taste the lunch/dinner menu which looked delicious when other guests were served. Highly recommended!! Thank you for a lovely afternoon.
Thank you for making this meal special for my mother-in-law’s birthday. The food was delicious and the service was great.
Only scored two for atmosphere as we were the only ones in the room
we had a wonderful Sunday lunch at the llechwen hall so much food meat and roast potatoes on a plate and all the vege in a tureen soup for starters so full there was no room for the sweet
Lovely service all the time. Friendly staff, calm and inviting atmosphere. Food and drink always yummy!
Was a lovely lunch with excellent, friendly service.
My sister who had bought the surprise afternoon tea gift for our golden wedding anniversary present had arranged an extra surprise with your staff for a box of roses chocolates and a slate with the writing in chocolate saying happy 50th anniversary to be put on the table was extremely disappointed and upset at no slate and we were not told that the chocolates could be taken home with us. We thought the chocolates were part of the tea and although we ate a few the rest were left there on the table. At no time were we told that the chocs were ours and bought by my sister. The food was very nice though and the fact that you catered for our daughter who is vegan was a surprise and she found all the food delicious as well so a five star rating for that.
