Overall very good
Fantastic place for afternoon tea. Super helpful and friendly staff from booking to leaving, lovely food and excellent value for money. Lovely relaxing surroundings with lovely views. We could have stayed there all day. We will be back.
Amazing on every single level
Me and my partner attended llechwen hall for our food tasting ready for our wedding in April 2019. The standard of the food and service was superb! Would highly recommend llechwen hall, and planning on booking a meal for myself and my family before the wedding.
Some delays in drinks order and much confusion over whether drinks were paid for or not when Bill arrived. Gravy rather salty too!
The waiter&waitress didnt communicate with each other there was double items on our bill that we hadnt had. We all orderd an irish coffee and the waiter brought it out and when told it wasnt right he replied yes it went wrong and wasnt too happy to rectify the issue.
Afternoon Tea for a party of 4 for my Mother’s Birthday was just lovely, very filling, very tasty!
I was absolutely disgusted with the afternoon tea I had here Saturday afternoon. The price for the food was not worth it! The sandwiches were not filling and the fillings inside weren’t very nice. The cake at the top was stale and I was stop hungry leaving there and so we’re the guests which you shouldn’t be from leaving afternoon tea! I didn’t complain at the time due to it being a gift. But will not be visiting or recommending for afternoon tea.
Lovely food, service exemplary. Can't wait for the wedding now.
Very disappointed at the dirty sticky table we were sat at,also at least 4 tables were still smeared with food and not cleaned during the hour or so we were there.Very disappointed as this was a birthday treat.Only saw one member of staff in all the time we were there.
Lovely afternoon tea - fab selection - well worth a visit.
I came to have food with family and was greeted by a lovely young boy Correy. He went above and beyond to make our experience he best we could. Other staff did come across as rude for example another manager that was a man interrupted Correy while he was taking our order and made us feel very uncomfortable as as if he didn’t care about us. Our food was excellent and the service with received from Correy was amazing. He is a great member of staff to the business
Lovely Sunday lunch. We won’t hesitate to go back and they don’t rush you like other places.
Excellent customer services. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had my baby shower here.....afternoon tea and everything about the experience was fantastastic. Would highly recommend
Brought our friends from Clevedon for lunch and they absolutely loved it. The service was great, the food was excellent (particularly the Welsh lamb) and they loved the views. It was raining (as usual) but they could still appreciate the beauty of the location. They were so impressed, they have asked if we can book for lunch with Santa.
Fantastic food and great service ! Really relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
Bit disappointed the ham and cheese sandwiches were not on the booking as requested and the scones were either over cooked or stale as dry. Room was very nice and the Victoria sponge.
Perfect for what we wanted... service was lovely and set in beautiful surroundings.. will definitely visit again, thank you
Excellent Sunday lunch and fantastic service. We are looking forward to our next visit
Excellent food and fantastic service, staff really friendly and attentive. Enjoyable and relaxed meal - we’ll be back!! X
