About La Maison
Upon arrival diners will be welcomed by Roman Khakimov the Maitre d’hotel. His high expectations ensure that the service is impeccable with sparkling glassware and starched linen napkins yet all the while remaining relaxed and friendly. The authenticity of La Maison begins with the artwork, works by Leonetto Cappiello, L’oir Dor, and Diable Vent, all sourced from the Paris at Puces market. Doisneau photographs line the stairs offering a touch of romance to this relaxed space. On the second level the dining room is light and airy, with sash windows looking out onto the bustling Castle Market Street.
La Maison is my go to favourite restaurant.
Great little step into France. Wonderful staff.
Consistently excellent good food & very friendly service.
Atmosphere was.amazing a great welcome on arrival by Erica I think her name was,she made us feel very welcome.Food very tasty, had to return my lamb as too rare for me but everything else was delicous, wine delicious. We all loved the beautiful flowers on the ceiling.Had to ask for the complimentary choc which I had perpared my friends for as they hadnt been before and that is such a treat.Wonderful evening
I recently had a most enjoyable evening with friends at La Maison, everything from the food to the service, the very friendly staff & the ambience was top class. It wasn't my first visit & I certainly don't plan on it being my last. It's always an authentic French experience. Merci beacoup!
Lovely evening with lovely food & service.
I always enjoy eating in La Maison. The food is excellent, and so is the atmosphere. Paris in Dublin - what could be better!
Server was too busy to take care of us properly, we had our starters by the time we even got the wine menu. Thenduck came out raw when we asked for medium well done, was told "this is just the French way". We asked for a birthday plate for the desserts as a surprise and was assured they could take care or this but when the desserts came out there was nothing on the plates. The server only realised when we were half way through our desserts and then sent out another plate saying happy birthday with one scoop of ice cream after. Waited ages for the bill, explained we were in a rush at this stage and then waited ages for the credit card machine. A bit disappointing as we were really looking forward to it and it was a birthday occasion. We won't be back soon and won't be recommending to a friend!
This was our second visit in 3 weeks. Karine is amazing!!! Everyone is friendly and professional, the food is great especially the chocolat fondant! It is absolutely to die for!
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. I'd highly recommend.
Excellent food and service. Will definitely be back.
The atmosphere is so muchboring, the restaurant needs some refresh, But evrything else was good, I think you need to add some other French specialities too, the menu is a bit poor for me.
Superb. Our favourite restaurant in Dublin. Great food. Attentive and efficient service but in a relaxed and personable way
Really great waiters both nights. Fabulous food. A special mention to our very friendly Brazilian waiter on 15 th. We have eaten with you previously ... we came back for Valentines and enjoyed it so much we booked for the following night before we left. Will be back next week as we live in Galway so not in Dublin all the time otherwise you would see you very regularly.
J ai beaucoup apprécié cette expérience. C est la 5 ème ou 6 ème fois que je viens et jaime toujours autant! Bravo a toute l'équipe.
Good service. Good French food.
Lovely restaurant - friendly staff, great food - Early Bird meal was great value. Will definitely be back!
Always a very enjoyable eating experience.
I had a beautiful and very reasonably priced meal with my family last Sunday evening. The food was delicious and the desert portions are quite large. The variety of wine was excellent and the waiting staff were super. It was my first time there and I will return.
The bisque starter I had wasn't to my taste but everything else was beautiful, I even tried my boyfriends food!
The meal was lovely - staff very attentive and friendly. Tables were not too close to each other and we were not hurried away after 2.5 hours of slow eating and wine drinking!! The house red was also reasonably priced and delicious. And the complimentary home made chocolate was the end was an unexpected but welcome touch!
That Coq au Vin was stunning. Rich and luscious. Beautifully presented in Staub. Lovely.
Pate was delicious . Not too sure about the pork belly one but the rest were delicious. Very much enjoyed. Didn’t know that there was another part to the restaurant though as was seated near the door , would have liked to have know there was more areas ( perhaps because I was a first timer ). Food was good but if going back I’d ain for a time perhaps with more atmosphere. Enjoyed my visit
Excellent food and service - will be back!
