About La Maison
Upon arrival diners will be welcomed by Roman Khakimov the Maitre d’hotel. His high expectations ensure that the service is impeccable with sparkling glassware and starched linen napkins yet all the while remaining relaxed and friendly. The authenticity of La Maison begins with the artwork, works by Leonetto Cappiello, L’oir Dor, and Diable Vent, all sourced from the Paris at Puces market. Doisneau photographs line the stairs offering a touch of romance to this relaxed space. On the second level the dining room is light and airy, with sash windows looking out onto the bustling Castle Market Street.
The waitress was really kind and always checking if everything was OK or if we needed anything. The food presentation and quality were really good, tasty, and fulfil you for the evening.
We had a delightful evening, and look forward to returning when things return to normal
Beautiful little restaurant. Lovely atmosphere.
The early bird menu is great value and the food is delicious
Lovely meal and perfect service
Food was delicious 😋 Will definitely be back .
Great experience every time. Food and service can’t be beaten
Overall it was a good experience and we really enjoyed our dinner. The food was excellent, as always, and the service was good although not perfect. The menu has a good variety of meals which is important and the wine list is very extensive so it’s definitely helping the good rating. The main disappointment is the cost of the main courses which is way too high, for example a Sole for €59 is too much. We’ll think twice before going back because of that.
Good experience, delicious food and excellent service!
Beautiful food: Halibut was cooked to perfection.
Great every time, worth taking the time to sit back relax & enjoy the experience!
Great food & service
This was a celebratory meal for my boyfriend and I. We have been living in Dublin for the past 12 years and go out to all the newest and hippest restaurants in Dublin, forgetting that there are some older authentic gems and La Maison is one. The restaurant inside is beautiful, typically french, the service from the moment we walked in was on point, attentive, friendly and efficient. The food was the real show stopper, absolutely amazing, perfectly cooked and well presented. We had the scallops to start (mouth watering ) and duck for main with sides and I could not fault it. Because all our food was so good we had to go for the dessert as full as we were but all the extra calories was worth it - chocolate fondant, to die for .. this was a very special evening in a very special place .... the price we paid was worth every penny ....... we will be back !! Please keep up your amazing standards it is truly a little gem 💓
A lovely relaxing lunch, food and service was excellent thank you 😊
Tables are a little close together - one customer (not me) was somewhat embarassed trying to squeeze in between tables. Food and service fantastic - one of my faovurite restaurants in Dublin
Really enjoyed the beautiful food and wine at La Maison. Service was éxeptional.
Restaurant staff were polite and cheerful even though we were the last customers remaining on a cold Sunday night. Great food as always - both the venison and duck were beautifully cooked.
A lovely experience. Only complaint is that it took a very long time to receive our check after we asked for it. About 20 minutes. Still had a great night though.
It was fabulous and delicious and the staff went out of their way to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was perfect! Thank you very much for this unique moment.
I asked for a candle in the dessert for my partner’s birthday and they brought the most amazing birthday plate with sparkles and 3 waiters sang for him, it was magical.
Everything was excellent !
My friend and I had a lovely evening.. Food was lovely, I went, a la carte, while Dee went for the early bird... Both menus had a nice range of choices.. Service was great.. It wasn't too busy, and was very relaxed.. Thank you to all the team..
Excellent in all aspects. Delicious french cuisine served by service professionals.Lovely relaxed atmosphere and able to hear conversation with my family - a rarity in Dublin city centre restaurants these days where with loud music and party atmosphere reigns throughout the day ! Very good value table d'hote.
A little pricey but the food was of a high standard and the service was indeed excellent.
