Today very disappointed on your food , maybe you have a lot of customers, but for me your food is getting bad from last time when I visit last time
It’s pretty annoying that the restaurant is quite full, but there’s only a few waiters/waitress around, which make us takes so much time just to call for a waitress to order the extra food. Also, they serve the Peking duck in a broken plate!!! Seriously!!! How can a five star service serve food on a broken plate to the guest??????
I am wondering if you have a professional restaurant manager as many basics are not in place for the 'high quality style restaurant' you pretend to be. First, loud dance music outside makes no sense when you have mostly couples and small families willing to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. We are not in a nightclub, this is a basic. Second you don't provide proper napkins, but basic tissue paper like in any street food restaurant. This is a basic. Third most important, we ordered a full duck which was served only 5 minutes after the order: it was obviously cooked in advance, fine i can understand, but the issue is that it was cold. Nobody likes to eat meat cold. This is another basic. Last, the waiter (professional, smiling, very polite) messed up the opening of the bottle of champagne and almost 40% of the bottle was wasted on the floor: this is not the problem because i can understand it happens. But the big problem is that to 'compensate' it you offered 2 basic prosecco cocktails. I have been nice enough to not complain because it was a romantic date with my fiancee, but all in all, by this total lack of professionalism in many aspects, you are first losing a client (it was the third time i had a dinner at your place) and second an 'influencer' as i will definitely not recommend Lai to my network given the above. Please hire quickly a proper restaurant manager as those are basics to fix.
View đẹp, không gian đủ ấm cúng, phục vụ tận tình, món ăn ngon miệng, tất cả làm nên 1 bữa tối tuyệt vời!
I had a great dinner with my family at LAI - Cantonese Cuisine. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the service was very quick. This was the second time I visted LAI and I was completely happy with their service.
The food were all generally cold when they were served including the dumplings and peking duck. Atmosphere very nice.
Heo quay kiểu Macau mang ra bị mỡ nhiều. Sau khi phản hồi thì nhân viên mang ra phần heo quay toàn nạc không mỡ và phần da bị cháy nghe mùi hơi khét.
Food was expensive but good. Staff was hit and miss - some were nice and some looked quite upset/grumpy. Waiting for the bill took ages though.
Good foods with great service. My girlfriend and I had a nice night at Lai.
món ngon nhưng phục vụ còn kém
Unique concept, cant find anywhere else
The restaurant with the best view but not good services.
The food is quite well and the atmosphere is very relaxing and private. Love it but will not come back. First they have 50% promotion for dimsum (around 8 choices for dinner) but when I ask at 19pm, they told me that 4/8 is sold out and I have only 4 choices (what a funny promotion). They told me that because it’s a promotion so I have to order the dimsum before arrived (by calling and they will read for me the menu to choose??? How it’s possible for new guest?). In fact I have already booked before arrived via their website but NO information abt that (not included in facebook page too). Second when I just got a table, without looking at any menus they offered me some water as if it’s a part of their service and didnt note that I have to pay for. but No, the water bottle cost 160k ++ and I only to know when checked the bill. Sorry! Good food but ridiculous service.
Tri is extremely helpful and accommodating, making our dinner more complete. Kudos to him and the team!
Price should be lower
