Modern Turkish Restaurant
Everything was excellent, but quite expensive for the size of the portions.
The food was exceptional but the service was even better, some of the best I have ever experienced.
Delicious meal that had us scraping the bottom of our plates and bowls for me, star of the meal was the beef and cherry manti, bottom of the pack was the eggs and shrimp, tasty but just not as tasty as the rest.
Just like its sister restaurant, the food is lovely and atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. We had a great time and strongly recommend a visit
Excellent food and service. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and return.
Great food & service. Really gorgeous homemade pasta and of course sesame loaf with beef dripping!
Great food but the quantity of the food in the plates for the price you paid per plate was a bit small. Also given how tiny the place is the noise level is pretty high when the place is full.
Cracking restaurant. I usually opt for a few tried and tested restaurants, however, I'm extremely glad that this restaurant was suggested as it was a delight. The service was spot on, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed lunch and I will definitely be back - thank you
This is my personal opinion: I’ve been in oklava before and it was just fine , so I’ve hesitated before booking in Kyseri. BUT we’ve had one of the best meals in London . The food was unbelievably good , it felt like a dear friend or a family member is cooking only for us. Everything from the beef dripping butter to the amazing pistachio dessert was amazing.
Fanrastic food and wine.
Portions were so small and it’s not worth it. Also, the Turkish foods in Kyseri were such an irrelevant
Honestly speaking, we had the best meal we’ve had in a long time. When my partner was telling our fiends about how good the food was she said it could have brought a little tear to her eye. Now you need to open a restaurant in Brighton! Xx
I have been in Kyseri 3 times in the past 6 weeks and I absolutely love it. It definitely became my all-time favourite. Please don't miss out the Fondue and the Manti (beef or mushroom - both unbelievably good).
Cosy room and generally tasty food. Manti was the standout dish, and worth going back for (if quite overpriced at £16 for four dumplings).
Food and wines were really great. Service was a little rushed and under pressure from the waiting staff to order as reminded of time on the table. Interestingly the couple (male and female) next to us were told not to worry about the two hour slot! They wer largely left in peace. We were two wonen - we did inform the management at the end of the evening - this tainted our experience somewhat.
Every dishes we tried were very tasty and creative. The wine list is great and it is so good t be able to taste before ordering. Highly recommended
When full, the acoustics are challenging. But otherwise the restaurant is a joy: inspired flavours, warm service and simple, elegant decor.
Great place , lofrby evening
Amazing have been twice since by first booking 2 weeks ago, each dish is amazing. The service is so personal and friendly which was what I love the most. Well done in such a great menu.
Really great experience. FoH were lovely, food was phenomenal and drinks were delicious too. I love Oklava but think I may love Kyseri a little bit more! Will definitely return.
Lovely food, really different to any Turkish food I have had before and very tasty for it. Great service from lovely staff. The only small issues I had were that it was fairly pricy (the £45 menu is fantastic but not huge - 5/6 smallish dishes for 4 of us), and that the seating is pretty 'cosy' and not hugely comfortable. But we had a lovely time and would go again.
