Great food and fabulous service
The lamb dish was delicious!! And the service was spot on.
Rather expensive, especially the wines.
Excellent menu and very sensible prices.
Always visit The Keiller when in Ballater.Excellent food and service.Great value for money.
Extremely lovely service from waitresses and waiters, who catered to anything we asked for. Also very helpful and polite waiter who personally offered to show us a better exit for my grandma and dad who both have trouble with stairs, really appreciated him going above and beyond.
Food was better than expected (we had breakfast here the day before, and it was underwhelming), and it was convenient that we could take our dishes back to our suite when our toddler started getting too tired to behave properly.
Fantastic service, lovely food , friendly staff
A lovely relaxing evening. Great food and service
Excellent as always
Fabulous food, good service, the peak of a very memorable weekend in Ballater! What more can I say?
Good food at Dinner , steak cooked perfectly, all dishes well thought out with a modern presentation. Good choice of wines . The staff are excellent, very professional but still friendly. A good experience.
As always excellent,we both had the duck as a main course and was truly amazing
Nice meal with good selection for a hotel.
Most disappointing aspect of trip was the restaurant visits. From being crushed in between tables with hearing every word from conversations either side to the wine and food. I would expect better quality wines which are easy to purchase at a low wholesale price. The food was beautifully presented but the quality and tastes let it down.
Starter of prawn cocktail was good but burger and chips terrible- hard bun and soggy lifeless chips - not good value at all. Kids meal good though
Serving staff very pleasant but need to be overseen. We waited a lon time for our order to be taken and there was a long gap between our starters and the main course. As said in my previous feedback there is a need for a maitre d’
Slightly disappointed with the Christmas meal - parts of the turkey dish were excellent but the meat was bland and unexciting.Definetly not the standard of the previous nights meal. It also took an hour from ordering which seemed a long time. Staff as always very nice and helpful. Kids enjoyed their menu again.
excellent meals, both for adults and children. Good choices and quality throughout. Very friendly eficient staff.
Although booked weeks prior through Resdiary the staff seemed ‘surprised’ on arrival. The food was good, well presented and the staff generally helpful and friendly although one particular waitress seemed very keen to clear plates despite the fact that people were still eating - twice.
Enjoyable meal in pleasant buzzy surroundings. Service would be improved if there were a clear maitre d’ type of person to oversee the waiting staff and ensure all diners were being looked after. Staff sometimes too busy to notice that a particular table needs attention
It's a shame that the bar was only open until 11 o'clock as our party would have liked o relax a bit in the bar after our meal.
Excellent food and great customer service
