Eat, Drink & unwind morning, noon & night at the Keepers Kitchen & Bar. Soak up the atmosphere and experience a twist on traditional British cuisine with an imaginative menu that also includes actual honey collected from a hive on the hotel's roof.
I decided on Keepers as we had seen it walking to Fenchurch street station and it looked really nice from the outside. The location is great being right outside the station! From the moment we walked in our visit to keepers was fantastic!! The layout and design is so lovely aswell as the atmosphere is great with the dim lighting. Have heard they also sometimes have live singers. Interesting story with bees kept on the roof hence the theme which is nice. The food was delicious from starter to dessert! I would also say the price was also really good! I could not fault our waiter he was amazing!! Arnell was his name and he was brilliant, so friendly and sweet. We visited for a birthday and he went that extra mile to make it special. He even bought out a happy birthday cake free of charge that we didn’t request. Singing happy birthday with a candle too. It was fantastic. All staff were great and friendly that served us. I booked in advance and asked for a certain table which we also got which I was very happy with. Would definitely recommend keepers and already have to friends and family. Had a great dinner here thank you for making my girlfriends birthday so special!
Great atmosphere, welcoming and friendly staff. Can't fault it!
Service was very withdrawn. Not as welcoming or confident as expected.
Very good staff and service.
Been here many times now. Always good food and drink. Good sport on the big screens and nearly always busy and a buzzy atmosphere. Service can be hit and miss but when a waitress is at your table they are excellent.....I'd just suggest they spend more time facing the customers rather than with their backs to us!
We had a really nice meal the staff were REALLY friendly and we really enjoyed the experience Thank you
A nice relaxed burger bar in a lovely location
Good venue to watch the football, atmosphere was great, with an added bonus of live entertainment after the game. Staff are friendly and attentive. Will book again soon!
Food was good value, very tasty and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very vibrant. Would return next time I'm in this area of london
Great evening was looked after very well by lovely staff thank you
Always a great atmosphere and really good food. Elina always looks after us and remembers my favourite Salmon dish! I'm a big fan of Keepers and took some ex-work colleagues there - they now love it too!
Everything was great except the fact that it took three staff and several reminders to bring us our second round of drinks. I mean at least 40 minutes. Food was massive and tasty. Great value for money especially as it's pretty close to the Sky Garden. Smart place but really let down by the service.
Lovely food, great atmosphere upbeat and comfortable! Would definitely come back again.
Food was lovely but nothing exceptional. Staff were really friendly and attentive. Interior was really cool though!
Made to wait for 5 minutes at the door holding menus before being seated for a table we pre-booked. Sat for 15 minutes before we asked a waitress if we could order drinks, which then took another 15 minutes to arrive. Asked for tap water 3 times before it was brought over. Can’t fault the food, came out quickly and was lovely. Again after dinner, drinks took forever - waited ten minutes to get a bottle of beer, which only has to be taken out of a fridge. Brought the bill over and the waiter realised he’d given us and another table the wrong bills and had to swap them. The service was dreadful, basically, and if it wasn’t for the fact I was on a valentines date, I would have complained and definitely would not have paid a ‘service’ charge which was quite frankly insulting.
Our waiter as very attentive. Food tasty and wine very good.
Lovely restaurant but was disappointed with the meal. I'd ordered the salmon as it came with purple sprouting broccoli which I love. I was extremely disappointed to see I had two small spikes of it poking out beneath my salmon. The meal wasn't cheap and I cannot understand why restaurants would stint on vegetables which are relatively cheap and everybody knows are one of the key elements of a meal. There were no other vegetables on the plate apart from mashed potatoes, so it was mash and salmon for £16. This resulted in an unhappy customer and it could have been so different with a bit more generosity.
I had sea food linguine which was lovely, my partner had bolognese which was not as nice unfortunately. The cocktails and atmosphere were just right.
Great bar with great service.
I love Keeper's and recommended to my boss for his lunches and also to my friends for our Christmas lunch. I now always book for my boss. The food is lovely and the surroundings are very relaxing. Have only just been told about the bees on the roof. The service is always very good.
We ate here before ice skating, and I had telephoned previously to check whether there were any vegan options to which i was told yes . When we arrived very friendly staff but they knew nothing of any vegan options and told us most vegans just order rice, corn on the cob, and seasonal veg or other side orders. I then asked if the pizza base had egg or milk in it , she didnt know so we asked another waitress, she didnt know either, they then returned from the kitchen to say it had neither. So this allowed my daughter to order a pizza without cheese. Lovely restaurant and great atmosphere, but it was let down by the food. In this day and age especially in London we found it hard to believe there were NO vegan options on the actual menu. We eat out a lot and even our local pub which is in a village has about 10 vegan options on its menu. We hope to eat here next time we skate but will be checking to see if you have changed your menu beforehand. Yours disappointedly Dominic Knowles
A very relaxing and comfortable environment. Would have made the occasion more special if there was a "christmas" menu to choose from as I went there with my Group to celebrate Christmas. However, it was a very pleasant, warm and friendly place to be. Drinks good value for money. Will definitely go there again.
Found this little treasure in January and booked to come back as we had such a great experience - we weren’t disappointed
Excellent food and service, with a smile.
Friendly staff who were happy and helpful. Service a little slow and needed to go looking a few times. Great atmosphere and fab decor. Good menu and food was delicious.
