Lets start from the beginning, I had made this booking as a surprise dinner date with my wife. When I reached the venue, ambience was good and got a decent table. The food was ordered and it took more than 30 minutes for the food to arrive and when the food arrived at the table it was a great setback. Below are some details on what was provided as food : 1. Starter had only one small piece of chicken. 2. The main course chicken was offered in baby bowl. 3. Rice was provided in a baby bowl. 4. Dessert was also provided in a baby bowl. The taste of food was average and not worth relishing about. So overall experience was not of a 5 star hotel. The food ordered was for two but the food provided was not even enough for one person. One of my friends was planning to book her conference dinner at your hotel and I have passed on my feedback to her. So bottom line is, in future if anyone asks about your hotel my suggestion to them would be a big NO NO. I will also pass on my feedback to Axis Bank so that they should know what they are dealing with and spoiling their reputation by getting associated with hotels like yours.
Hello, Had visited this restaurant for Axis bank gourmet fest, Though the food and the service was excellent i was really very dissapointed with the limited quantity of the food being served for the amount that was being charged for. Imagine a piece of panner or a piece of chicken for a starter. Would really appreciate if the management really starts caring for the customers from next time on

Non veg plate was horrible but cd not bring to the notice of chef coz of my guests. looked like the meat was already boiled and some curry was poured onto it. No flavour, no taste. the kabab was stone hard and was definitely from the previous days left over which was heated in the micro. Dessert Gulab jamun was tooooo sweet with no khoya and plenty of milk powder in it. horrible. No value for money. It was complete loot of money. will never go to Jyran again.
Food and service was quite good - the cutlery was heavy and not well shaped - was difficult to manage to eat Indian curries and food with it, pls consider changing. The staff was very hospitable. Thanks!
As I had booked under Gourmetfest the portions were very less, and the kind of service was expected not to put everything on the platter and serve.

Mutton gravy could have been better
Excellent ambience as soon as you enter. Very well lit unlike many other top restaurants in the city who seem to think the less you're able to see the better. The food was exceptional as expected. I'm not usually a huge fan of dal but the Dal-al-Jyran really blew me away with how delicious it was.
Nor value for money
I had a great luncheon with my wife. Apart from the good food, we were received very well and Paresh took good care of us during the two hours we spent at the restaurant. There is no doubt,we will definitely return to Jyran and recommend to friends as well.

A great experience.... The cost is slightly on the higher side, however can visit on special occasions.
Appetizers were fabulous, 4 stars are just for this n the ambience. But dum biryani didn't taste good. It was bland could have been bit more spicy n tasteful. Chicken pieces were very big, medium would make it easier to eat. Also the rice was little watery which added to spoil the taste. This is purely basis the costing n expectations a diner has when s/he visits a good restaurant.
When serving large groups of 15-20 people the restaurant should ensure availability of atleast 2-3 waiters to serve the guests quickly and efficiently. 1 waiter will always find it difficult to meet the continuous demands of the dynamic group.
Food is good except Biriyani and dessert.

Great Indian Food
For further order Main captain was not available 2 times . Waiter took our order. In 5 star we expect more.One person taking all orders is better then two different people. Rest all was great. Great food with great atmosphere . My wife also Accor Member. We love Sofitel Hospitality thats why we r Member from last 4 yrs.Feel good to be at sofitel. Thanks
